This is the second time we've drove from Colorado City to Big Spring to get KFC. The first time they had no chicken thawed out... and she said all they had were sides. (Why be a chicken place if you can't or won't sell chicken) We called ahead of time thistime to make sure they had plenty of strips. We get to the drive thru and the lady taking the order tells us it's gonna be a 45minute wait to get our food. We told her that was fine (we were willing to wait) "then she says oh nevermind I'm not takingorders at this time. I'm not going to put in any more orders, come back later tonight." We went to Gills instead and got hotfresh food. We will never go back to KFC again!! Read more
If I could give 0 I would. Walked in at 11:28. Sign on the door says open at 11. Manage sid dining room is closed our computer... is down. I can order at the window or nothing.
