I have gone to Alberto's almost from the time they opened in 1975. I'd say the service and quality has been consistent during... that time. I haven't lived in BS for several years. I go there a couple times of year. The service has been low to average. Thefood has always been about average. They've recently moved to a different location and as far as drive-thru goes the service isworse. 10 chips and two 2 oz salsa for and order for two. With the house special didn't give tacos. When we returned the womanin the window said we were lying. Enchiladas have always been of good quality. Now they're a rolled up corn tortilla with somemeat and sauce poured over it. That's not an enchilada and definitely not the enchildas I used to get with the original owners.Just like another long-time favorite Mexican restaurant in BS I won't name I probably won't be back to Albertos. Progress isgood, but not if a long-standing tradition of average quality food suffers. Read more

Very good food and attentive service. Good margaritas. They were packed and very busy on a Tuesday night. The waitress,... Providence, was very pleasant and took good care of us despite the very busy crowd. Had large screen TVs everywhere which manylike but I find them somewhat distracting. Overall great experience. ???? Had the fajita for $ 17.99 and got maybe 6 pieces of meat and cup of fried crisp onion. Half a cup each of beans and rice. 2... tortillas.. food was good, but could do better for the price. Read more
Great food and good service!
Second visit to Alberto's. Lots of great reviews out there but unfortunately we didn't find this place as amazing as others... have. Green enchilada sauce was not at all like any we have tried in our travels. Needs work. I was told to try the chickenfried steak next time. And I will. I'll gladly give another star if the next meal is amazing. Good service I have to admit, so Iwill return again. Read more
I ordered a combination fajitas plate. It came with chicken and beef fajitas mixed with onions and a sliver of bell peppers,... rice, and beans. It also included a small bowl of guacamole with pico, some chips in a bag, some salsa, and two tortillas. Thefood was good but I think it was over powered with onions and not enough bell peppers. This was our first time here and honestly wasn't impressed. Didn't care for the food, it was very salty and small portions for... such a high price. The waitress, she wasn't very friendly, she seemed more interested in her coworkers than us. The otherpatrons around us were friendly and recommended what they thought would be a good plate to order. Definitely could've wentsomewhere else, spent less and would've been much more satisfied. This may be right up other people's alley, but it just missedthe mark for us. Read more
