Hadn?t eaten at the Wrap Shack in quite some time due to a bad experience I had long ago. I heard they were set to reopen and... the excitement was real. Yesterday, my boyfriend and I ordered from their new menu (with new, and clearly AMAZING owners!) andit was SO good. Ingredients were incredibly fresh and we both loved the build-your-own style. The chipotle sauce and corn salsawere both next level. Powerade slushie saved my life. I can proudly say I can?t wait to continue coming back here at least onceweekly for the rest of forever. I?ve been here many times. Not the best but it?s pretty good, the food is the only reason it?s earned 2 stars in my mind. Great... to grab after a day on the slopes. The service however is always bad the girl that works is always drunk or tweaking. She isvery forgetful and takes forever. Today I went in for a wrap. She was sitting on the counter on the phone, just kept looking atme and ignoring me. After waiting longer than I should have I left. I have been a long time lover of the wrap shack. That being said the last three times I have eaten there I have been incredibly... disappointed. This last trip will be my last. I called in with two orders. Upon arriving both orders were incorrect. Notwanting to be a hassle I requested that only one of the orders be remade due to an allergy. The woman working their proceededto make the order wrong once again. I have worked in this industry, i understand being under-pressure in a busy restaurant. This was not a busy or stressful time. I was the only person there. No line, only two orders to focus on. The only reason Iam giving two stars is because the food wasn't poisonous. Sadly, I will be looking for a new regular place to eat andrecommending that others do the same. RIP the Wrap Shack. Read more
Bad service! Chick said she'd be with me soon, three minutes later still nothing so I went to the bathroom to wash my hands ... when I came back three people had gotten in line so I got to wait another ten minutes. She made bowl and then went to cash threepeople out so my food just sat on the counter getting cold while they paid individually and got drinks. Finally my turn to paycomes around and she walks away! I just left the money on the counter and took my food. My big kahuna as a bowl was nice andspicy and tasty so ultimately three stars. Good thing it's not table service. Read more
I'm rating Wrap Shack 4 stars based on two visits and the different bowls I ordered for dinner. I built my own bowls so I can't... speak for the pre-set menu options. Note that during my visit they did not have any gluten free wrap options, which is why Iordered a bowl. Do not order the frozen margarita... my fiance did and after I tried some of his we both agreed the frozenbeverage was not very good (we ended up just tossing it). During two separate visits, I tried the steak and the pulled pork.Found the steak to be a bit dry and the pork was a bit greasy, but overall the flavor was very good. The creamy chipotle sauceis quite delicious. While the Wrap Shack is a very affordable spot for a quick bite after a long day at the mountain, theportions are a bit small. I grabbed dinner bowls here twice and found that the portion sizes are not standard and can depend onyour server. Overall, I would definitely recommend the place for a quick bite. Read more
Fun, fast casual eatery with delicious wraps and friendly service. The Smoking Gringo was tasty with just the right amount of... heat from their homemade salsa. The Southern Comfort was also tasty with a tangy BBQ sauce. Highly recommended. Prices were veryfair for the portion size. Read more
