They charge you if u wanna use a different sauce on ur food. I got charged $4 extra for just sauce. I didnt ADD sauce. I swapped... chipotle for avacado ranch instead. And they argued with me and told me "thats how its done here". I know for a fact if u put"easy on sauce", it doesnt charge you. Like all other t bells do for me. But they didnt want to do that. Ordered a chicken quesidilla, didn't have chicken. Ordered a hard shell taco no lettuce, had lettuce. Very rare if we come thru... and there ISN'T an issue with our order. When I called, all they could offer were replacements.. not sure it's even worth ourtime for this restaurant anymore. Read more
I've always been impressed with their food order accuracy. Very fast even being in a long line. You can tell the employees... perhaps enjoy their jobs as they are always smiling and provide exceptional customer service experience for their customers. Read more
The woman taking my order was rude. I get it, I work customer service too and understand that using the computers, taking orders... can take time and overall you don?t want to be there but being rude and giving attitude for an accident is unnecessary. There?smultiple things you can say to ask someone to slow down before becoming snippy. I apologized and was polite the entire time anddid not deserve the attitude. Read more

Spent well over half an hour just waiting in the drive thru. I would have left at least 10 minutes in but since there is no way... out of the line, we were stuck. Best Taco Bell experience in years. Everything, hot fresh and built to spec. Well staffed and employees are friendly and... actively being motivated by leadership. Someones radiator blew up in drive-thru and a young man from counter walked right outand pushed them into a parking spot. Read more
