Ordered some wings and a melt tonight for a pickup order at 530. Pulled into the empty parking lot. I walk in not a hello, be... right there, wait a sec nothing.. I stood in the lobby where there wasn't anyone else waiting for 10 minutes with out anything!!I walked out without my food. The workers were so rude and I will NOT be returning ever. Read more

You literally can't order anything. You try putting an order in online and get told nothing is available or they aren't... delivering, then when you try to call you get stuck on hold for 25 minutes. Do yourself a favor and go with Jets or dominoes orhowies. Read more

Pizza boxes are over half of the dining area. No fountain soda available. Don't have wait staff so you order at the counter. The... tables hadn't been wiped off. Tvs were off. Read more

Open for dine in but no drinks unless you buy a bottle of pop, no servers has paper plates half the dinning room is full of... storage boxes none of the tvs are on. Just wasn't very happy. Not like the old way pizza hit use to be. Good food still but nota place I will go to dine in. Read more

I don't know who's idea it was to distroy the old school Pizza Hut but your are definitely killing it straight out of business.... Nothing at all like the one I grew up living into adulthood. Walked in to lobby that had boxes overrunning most of the tables.Had to place the order with the cashier because they don't have waitresses anymore. Wanted a personal pizza for grandson but wastold they didn't have the stuff to make it. And so on...just sad that a restaurant that's been in business for all these yearsare now being destroyed. Got three orders of 8 bone out honey BBQ from Pizza Hut/Wing Street in Big Rapids, Mi to only end up with three orders of 8 bone... out wings looking like this. I called and told mgt he said sorry there's nothing we can do. We we're told they only use 2 ounceladdle for 8 bone out wings and we would have to order more. Read more

Really disappointed in this order... I didn't open it until I got home, but I wish I had opened it before I left. Ordered for... pick up because I'd been wanting Pizza Hut for a long time but we live too far away for delivery. Got home, opened the box, andit looked like someone had done the dizzy bat race before adding the toppings to our pizza. I will order again eventually, buthopefully next time is better. Read more
