A well-run McDonald's next to Ferris State University. The food was Fresh and Hot with the patties being fresh and good. The... service was excellent and they seemed to some-what enjoy being there, suggesting that they are probably being treated decentlyby management. A great experience from a McDonald's and I would enjoy coming back again. Completely INCOMPETENT workers. Management it?s your job to TRAIN these employees. Watching a couple safety videos doesn?t... count. Today was the SECOND TIME I ordered a $8 caramel macchiato with an extra shot of espresso, extra caramel drizzle and addcool whip and BOTH TIMES it was completely messed up. Do they not know how to READ the orders or what is the problem? Horrible, slow service. Waited over 20 minutes inside while the girl Who was prepping all of the orders from inside just slowly,... slowly wandered around bagging the orders. She had zero drive and apparently absolutely no sense of urgency with therestaurant full of people standing there waiting for her to finish bagging their food. First of all a lobby filled of customers waiting on food for 30 plus minutes your handing out pay checks. Restruant is horrible... wait times, management? Went for dine in with my Granddaughter & waited about 5 minutes while the 8 people working on the drive thru window looked at me... & never came over to take my order. Finally I was told by the cashier she had to run an order outside before she could help me. Unsure why one of the other 7 people couldn't do it. Seems like a boss could step in, because had my 4 year not been lookingforward to her chicken nuggets...I definitely would have left after to 3rd person looked over & never acknowledged I was there. Very poor customer service. My cashier was nice...but really your fully staffed, don't make the cashier run orders outside &ditch the walk in customers. The manager made it happen. We stopped by right at closing, while traveling, my wife was inside already and they locked the... doors. The manager was kind enough and aware enough to recognize we were together and let me in and made sure to point out thatwe were welcome to order when we were ready. Something so simple can go so far.
