The first time I went there it was very good. So the second time we got excited. But got very disappointed to the point that we... left. The waitstaff was great but the food was horrible. Our food took a long time to get to the table. The brisket doublecheese burger had 2 slices of brisket on the bottom and 1 half of a slice of cheese on top, and the bun was soggy. The buffalowings and fries, which we were informed that they just came out were not just cold, but NOT COOKED AT ALL!! After complainingthe waitress told us that the cooks were too focused on the table that had 3 Police officer and their wives that he was messingup orders. The big rapids location has gone way down hill. Was just in the tonight with my wife. Sadly, first time in my life, I didn't... leave the waitress a tip. Started off with her not even being familiar with what they have on tap. She brought me 3 cups of thewrong dip for my wings, which barely had sauce on them. When she did bring the correct one, she brought 1. I was out of thatimmediately. She came to my table twice with my empty cup sitting near the edge of the table, never refilled, or offered. As mywife and I were walking out, there was a crowd at the door, and one of the male employees pushed his way through my wife and Ihalfway through the crowd. Poor service, rude employees. It was tasty. Our waitress, Madi, was nice. We don't drink much, but I ordered a drink and needed my id. She let us know that... they always ask. I'm 50. So, if you are ordering anything make sure you bring your id. It seemed clean and it wasn't too loud.We were able to carry on a conversation. Read more
Yes it's true the Buffalo do run wild but I'm sorry to say they do not have actual wings. But don't worry they do serve the best... chicken wings. Matt is a great entertainer and Jasmine is an excellent server. Make sure you tell Matt "waddle waddle" Read more
I had a wonderful and pleasant server. We were seated immediately despite being a very large group. The wait was not very long.... The wild sauce on the wings has a lot of kick, but the mango habenaro wings are very flavorful. Read more
Hospitality customer service and friendliness was great on point. Food disappointed. And for it to have been my first time ever... and for it to have been take out. I never had such a horrible at any of the other bdubs pertaining food til I came here. I endedup just throwing it all away. I am hoping it was just a bad night which happens but definitely ruined my experience as I spent65.00 and enjoyed none of it none the less. Read more

I would say this was one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. However, since we never got served anything to eat or... drink, I'll just say this was one of the worst service experiences I've ever had. I've eaten at this restaurant multiple timesover the years and have had a good experience with good service and good food. Tonight, we waited at least 10 minutes at thecrowded front of the restaurant. There were employees milling around. One employee would occasionally seat a party even thoughthere were multiple parties waiting to be seated and there were plenty of open tables. When we finally got seated it was asthough we were seated at a table that was not in the section for any server. For 20 minutes we sat there, we closed our menus toindicate we were ready to order. Nothing. It was the server equivalent of <>. No one acknowledged us, no one broughtus water or took our drink order. After 20 minutes, we had now spent a half an hour trying to celebrate my kid's birthday withno service whatsoever so we gave up and left.
If I had seen a manager, I would have said something but I didn't see anymanagers either.
