I mean, it's an Applebee's, so I can't really expect gourmet food, but this was really disappointing. I got the four cheese mac... and cheese with honey pepper chicken for takeout tonight, and man, what a disappointment. The pasta and chicken had no seasoningat all, though there was a slight hint of honey on the chicken. It's not even really a "mac and cheese" as the "cheese" has theconsistency of water, and is obviously canned. The pasta portion of the meal had basically no flavor at all. I never eat atApplebee's of my volition, but the item looked really tasty so I wanted to try it (and it was one of the only options I had,being out of town and not knowing the area). Becca was so astronomical she brought our orders with haste so quickly she brought extra ranch and extra waters. My friend had a... broccoli allergy and she made sure to be diligent and make sure that there was no broccoli on her pasta. She also made sure thatmy beer cheese pub pretzels came out hot but not too hot. Worst service I have ever had at an Applebee's. I accept the fact that restaurants get busy and can be a little slow, but our... experience was excessive. Took almost 1.5 hours to get a table and we overheard the hostess tell a group that she would bumpthem to the front of the line. After finally getting a table, although it was 6 of us at a 4 person table, it took another 1.5hours to finally get our food. The vegetables came out over salted, the chicken was burnt, the hamburgers were over cooked anddidn't even resemble a patty, and our fries were cold. I'll have a hard time returning to this location. Eating at Applebees all over Michigan I was shocked, disappointed and angry when me, my mother and brother went there for lunch... yesterday. I ordered a oriental chicken salad. My mother had this same salad just a couple weeks ago. Menue states, chickentenders on a bed of Asian Greens, slivered almonds rice noodles, vinaigrette. I took one bite looked down, the entire saladwas chopped purple and white cabbage, shredded carrots and maybe 5 pieces of iceberg lettuce. I spoke to the manager asking whythe chef used clearly bagged coleslaw mix instead of Asian greens , hell ANY greens would have worked, no answer and ask if Iwanted another, huh???? Um NO. Our waitress left us, all of a sudden here comes a new one smh?. The entire experience was amess that cost us $60.00!!!!! I think a letter to corporate is needed. Read more
Absolutely one of the worst dining experiences I have ever had. We we're there for almost two hours. It was an hour and 15... minutes before we received ANY of our food, then when main meals finally came, two of the meals were stone cold. Not evenSLIGHTLY warm. The broccoli felt like it just came out of a fridge. We informed waitress, who apologized and took it back. Toldus ten more minutes and we'd have new food. 25 minutes later and we told her never mind, so we never got a meal. They did compthe meals we didn't get, which was nice, but I won't be going there again. Two stars is generous... Although the waitress waswonderful and very apologetic. Read more
We had a large group we did call ahead to reserve an area. Our waiter was great. Nothing got messed up. All the bills were split... right. They have pepsi now they should of kept coke glad to see the queso dip is back on the menu Read more
Great service, cheeseburger was fresh with nicely seasoned fries. Asian grilled chicken salad was great as usual. We went... during the week and and around 11:30 so not too busy. Love that this restaurant supports local sports teams by putting up hugemurals of them. Read more
We ate lunch here on a girl's trip. Our waitress wasn't rude, but she definitely wasn't friendly. She just seemed like it was a... bother to help us. Our steaks were good, but the chicken tenders were rock hard. Our margaritas were not good. All you couldtaste was tequila and a horrible after taste. If we wanted that, we would have ordered shots. The restaurant itself was clean,and the host was friendly. Overall, we probably wouldn't choose this place again. Read more
