Calling all vegan/ vegetarians/ health food lovers! But seriously, when it comes to FUELING your body with REAL, no frills food,... this place is not for the faint of heart. It really is a nice hidden wonderland for good food and medicine. And the workers werereally just lovely. We sat at the bar while they made our food and just chit-chatted with them and a couple local regulars (thatalso gives you a hint it?s the real deal type place), and it was lovely. They also have lots of vegan snacks and cans and jarsof food, an entire section of medicines and just everything you can imagine meant for consumption that helps your body ratherthan harm. It?s a cute store with all the good vibes and their food was good too. But just be prepared because it really isgenuine and they don?t manipulate any of it. The smoothies are your choice of frozen fruit and coconut milk or apple juice oralmond milk and that?s all. But it?s such a nice change up and I loved it. We also got a wrap that literally had every color andshade of the rainbow of veggies, and it had some kind of sauce on it and somehow it tasted like one of the oddest things I?vehad but I liked it a lot. Great place for vegan food. It's about 30 miles from Key West downtown on Overseas Highway. Again, like many cafes in Key West,... this one is also grocery store plus a cafe. We went for a Tofu-Avocado-Cheese and Vegetable MELT sandwiches along with a BananaStrawberry Smoothie and a Carrot Colada. The sandwiches (more like wraps actually) were great. The veggies were great and thewheat sprouts were something we had never seen on it. The Banana Strawberry smoothie and Carrot Colada were amazing too. We hada really great breakfast on our way to Miami. They also have a grocery store, not separate from the cafe, where you get allkinds of stuff - like cookies, fresh produce, herbs, supplements, ready to cook packets, snacks and more. So many things stuffedinto a small place so it is a little congested. It is less of an eat-in place with just one table and a pair of chairs at oneend of the store and a couple of high chairs next to the kitchen. I guess a majority of the folks just do a takeaway. The entirecomplex is about wellness. This place was so cute and the owner was a total sweetheart! A little gem in Big Pine; We stayed at a Bnb right down the road... and this place caught my eye on the way down so we decided to try it out for breakfast and it was exactly what we needed after anight out in keywest! It?s so nice to find spots that offer vegan and all natural options. The food was fresh and delicious andthe store had so many wonderful all natural and holistic items. I got the avocado melt and my man got the tuna melt and we gotto sample a smoothie which was also so yummy! I will definitely be back!! <3 Read more
