We asked for fresh fries, got cold, soggy limp fries. Asked for a couple salt packages, we got 20 packs..the girl threw them on... the tray like it was a big inconvenience to her..5 people standing around. Very slow, unorganized messy place. It's getting ridiculous when you go to a drive through for food and it ends up in your lap and all over your seats ,floor ,and... center console because as you open a box with a burger in it and it's made so sloppy that if falls everywhere .ordered a big Macand burgers were half off bun and lettuce and sauce fell everywhere .I mother ordered a fish filet and same thing .fish was onquarter of bun and tarter sauce was overflowing to the point her hand was burnt and threw. First all, I didn't know it was sanitary for regular highschool kids to be behind the registers (not employees) hanging out with... their friends. Also, some of them were being highly inappropriate and apparently a "couple" rubbing each other's arms while Iwas trying to order and afterwards while eating with my children. Foul language was also being used by the friends (highschoolage) and running all around the establishment being a nuisance. Even my children asked why they were there being that way.Management should not allow this which they didn't even knowledge the situation. Highly disappointed. Read more
If you go here make sure you go through the drive-thru because if you go inside you're definitely going to take a back seat to... everything and everyone. Took 15 minutes to get food and by the time we got it the slushie was already melting. The fries werecold. The burgers and the chicken sandwiches were lukewarm at best. When we asked what was taking so long we were completelydisregarded and employee walked off. I don't care if you have new people short-staffed what it is. If there's a customer issueit should be addressed and not swept underneath the rug and when we asked what the holdup was there should be some form of ananswer. Very slow at the drive thru, the shake I ordered was a chocolate shake, and I got a vanilla shake with some light brown food... coloring. I asked the kid at the drive thru about it, and his response, "Uh yeah, it'll taste like it". Right. The reasonthey're getting such a high rating is the food was almost okay. Read more
I don't know what it is with this location, but its always slow and the food tastes like its been sitting on soneones desk for... 20 minutes. 9/27/22 I went in the loby there to just get a Coke and a french fry, It took them nearly 15 minutes to complete myorder. Extremely unimpressed by this location first I get a complete wrong order through the drive through window then when I go inside... to correct it. Gave them 2 combo numbers, with drink types. Got home, grease dripping through the box and bag onto my seat. They rang up one... combo as a drink and burger only, so now I'm missing fries. Burgers are thrown together so sloppily it's just plain sad. It'snot that hard to stack ingredients, so I imagine it's that they just don't care. $20 for 1 and a half bad meals?
