This is the best pizza shop in Sheridan County. After a beautiful short drive to Big Horn, friendly faces greet you as you walk... in to the historic building. Its truly a throw back to the past. They use fresh ingredients and a brick oven to create amazingpizzas. We went for lunch today and just ordered a few slices for a picnic at the nearby park. The pizza was still piping hotafter our walk. Read more

The Big Horn Merc Pizza far exceeded our expectations! Such great customer service, personable staff, great recommendations from... stuff for ordering, and DELICIOUS pizza! We ordered the gluten free crust 1/2 Chicken Basil and 1/2 Savory Safari, which is whatAngela recommended, along with an original three cheese. DIVINE! Angela was a DOLL and such a pleasure to chat with! We come tothe area annually and are already looking forward to eating at Big Horn Merc Pizza next summer! Read more

In the tiny town of Big Horn, Wyoming (population 442), we drove past a Conestoga wagon, which had painted on the side, ?World... Class Calzones? with an arrow. We laughed, and made fun of the sign, but when we got hungry, we thought we?d give it a try. In a19th century building, we met a woman who is trying to live up to her claim on her wagon, both with her calzones and her pizzas. She installed a gas-fired brick oven in her building, a former post office along the Bozeman Trail. The crust was perfect ? 10out of 10. It had too much cheese (I?d cut it by a third) and the delicious sausage is made by a local guy. She should up herpepperoni game (obviously that cheap food service stuff) and a little red wine would help her sauce, but this was a good pizza ?really good. It would easily stand up to the better pizzas on the west coast. Overall, a 7 or an 8. The crust made the pie. Read more

Everything was perfect about the pizza and experience. The right amount of toppings and thickness of crust. Marinara sauce was... some of the best I've experienced in a long time. Would recommend stopping in for pizza if your in the area. Read more
