Karina is the rudes assistant manager Starbucks I ever met. Never had any problems with any employee member Starbucks during... my whole time visiting any Starbucks. She's rude takes her time makes the line for Drive thru drivers to wait longer than usual just to take the order if she's not happy she should quit her job instead of playing games as if she's the owner. As an ex partner, there's something off. No one seems to be happy working here, and no one moves with much life. They had a... hiring event yesterday, so maybe people area bit overworked. This is the main standalone SBX in the area, so there's a lot askedof this store. Overall, I'm pleased with my experience. The drinks were fine and the store was clean. I ordered cappuccino, the coffee was less than usual and it was full of foam. I asked one of tje staff if this is normal she... answered yes cappuccino is always like this. I responded back that I always order the same coffee and its never like this. Shekept arguing and told me that if I need to add more coffee I should pay for an extra shot. Went to get birthday drink. As of March 6th its mobile order for pick up or drive thru only. We were hoping to sit by fireplace... outside but they said they couldn't turn it on. The heaters outside did work so we hung outside for a short while. Chairs werestill frozen so hard to really enjoy there. We ended up driving to a nearby park. Inside theres no seating as area is sectionedoff & no bathroom access. Staff was friendly & drinks were great. Plenty of parking in large shopping mall lot. Walking up toit, the mall is cute & ski mountain is in backdrop of this SB. Will be nice to visit when fireplace is ok to use. There isanother SB inside of the grocery store on other end of mall, but using a reward & was hoping to enjoy patio seating so opted forthis one. Maybe ck their IG for updates. Read more
Once again, I have gotten less coffee than I ordered. I understand that many Starbucks locations are busy, but that doesn't mean... you can give people less coffee than what they pay for, just so you can slam the orders out faster. Another Starbucks locationI'll not be returning to ever. Ordered a venti and got what was equivalent to a grade in the cup. Sad. Read more
