Sadly, I was in a position to order delivery from Panera. Generally I find the business acceptable and sufficient. My order... through Uber eats arrived timely and well handled. The quality was horrible, poorly prepared and very disappointing. Only giving 3 stars because they have good food and the girl at the counter seemed like she was doing all of the work. I... wouldn't bring kids here as there were like 5 teenagers hiding in the back talking loudly and swearing. So keep in mind theyweren't really professional at all. Sadly this is probably going to become the norm because kids my age (16-22) are lazynowadays and don't want to do anything. Read more

Yesterday my mom and I ordered pickup because we were going on a picnic. Once we got to our destination we realized they hadn't... put her salad in the bag. Not the end of the world, we split my you pick two and called to let the store know. Today I go to eatthe salad we picked up on our way back through and instead of it being the correct southwestern salad it's a ceasar (soggycroutons and all). I'm very disappointed. Read more
This location is in a great spot, is very clean and has friendly staff as well. The food is delicious and during the busy lunch... rush today I was doing some work on my computer when a staff member (I wish I got his name to commend him) came over and askedif he could take my dishes away, wiped my table down for me and offered to get me a glass of water. All of which he did not needto do as he was just cleaning up and removing dishes from the collection area. I appreciated that extra step of kindness andservice as it made my working lunch easier. I can't begin to describe the kindness and helpfulness of this staff. I ordered the lobster roll (which we don't have at our... Panera in Jersey) and was truly astonished at the sheer size and deliciousness of this sandwich. My friends were amazed as well!When I visit Maine again, I will definitely visit this business! Cashier who put in my order was not personable at all and did not put my order in correctly. It was her second day on the job,... she was poorly trained as she had no idea what she was doing. Obviously I blame management for this not her, you are only asgood as your training. Bacon, egg, cheese croissant was unremarkable and tasted of cleaning solution, almost as if they hadcleaned their grill and not rinsed it properly. Not impressed at all. I used to frequent this place and never had any issues. Seems like it has gone downhill recently. Not sure if I will return. Update: Returned and got a cinnamon crunch bagel, firstthree bites tasted of garlic. Word of advice, don't cook sweet and savory bagels on the same pan. Losing a star for that. Read more
