Disappointed is an understatement. Ordered through DoorDash and another dasher picked up the wrong order and took mine. This... store Definitely should organize and have dashers verify before allowing them to just come in and pick up orders. NOT ONLY didthey allow my order to be picked up by the wrong dasher, they also refused to remake my order and had my dasher sit for 20minutes only to refuse to remake it! Food great butttt.... They didn't have any ice when i wanted tea. The cashier suggested an Arnold Palmer since the lemonade was... cold... That either out fine. Had to do it! Very disappointed in people's work ethic these days. (One of the female employees) -Your eating fries and a sub... while your preparing my food and others in my face as I stand there that's very disrespectful and unsanitary with everythinggoing around! I went to the fifth Avenue location and they only had one person working and would not take any orders. I went to the Bexley... location and they had only cash and no drinks because none of the equipment works. Penn station used to be a great place to go.You should shut down all locations. Read more
