When they opened the service and food were great. Now your lucky if the food is hot or the way you asked for it to be prepared.... Shrimp dinner was cold when it got to the table, no butter for the potato, no lemon, no cocktail for the shrimp. Asked theperson who delivered my food for those things and didn't get it. Asked my server for them when my wife was half way done withher meal and still didn't get them. Sent it back to have it taken off my check. I do like the pizza and calzones! The customer service is on point and have never had a bad meal here! Papa's is like 3 miles... from my house so I do swing by a couple times a week for a couple of beers and a bite to eat, you can't beat the prices andeveryone is pretty friendly! Boston Tom Read more

First time here. Service started out great. Party of four. Parmisian, Teriyaki, Papa Wings very good. Hot wings I thought... weren't hot but mild. Waitress was very nice enough to make get hot sauce from kitchen after offering crystal's off the table.Mashed potatoes all the way good, peel n shrimp and meatball sandwich good. My rating is based on food quality and taste,service, and cleanliness. Food 4.5 out of 5. Cleanliness of restaurant 4 out of five, bathroom 2 out of 5. No water no soap.Service 4 out of 5 but turned to a 2 out of five for asking for a box to take 2 shrimp and 4 wings home. No can do said thewaitress. Eat in only. Server walked away and mgr showed up that we did not request. If I ordered and tried taking more wingshome for the special I'd understand. Definitely made it clear we were new to the area and we're excited about trying therewings. Never been treated this away at a restaurant. We ended up eating what few wings we had because we didn't want to throwthem away. Hope service improves. We would like to go back. Recently went back and the service from bartender was friendly,wings and fried mushrooms great tasting and cooked perfectly. I am upgrading my rating from 3.0 to 4.0 based on two trips tothis establishment based on taste, service, and cleanliness. Read more

The food was good. The waitress had a big party she was also taking care of and forgot about us. She served half of our order... and said the rest would be out in a couple minutes. After about 20 minutes another waitress served the rest of the table. Wenever saw our waitress again until it was time for the check. Being busy and under staff hurts the service. Read more

We went there for the first time today and we really appreciate how the establishment is set up to display a lot of patriotism... as well as great sports on all of the big screen TVs. The food was amazing -we started out with the banging shrimp which was onsome sort of Asian salad and was also very good. My husband opted for a cheeseburger and fries and since it was Sunday I saidwhy not? I am going for the fried chicken dinner with the homemade loaded mashed potatoes and steamed broccoli. This freakingfried chicken!!!!!! Oh my goshhhhhhhhhhh. It does remind me of my grandmother?s fried chicken in Mobile Alabama back in 1970but it was a little bit better. The cook responsible for this amazing freaking fried chicken is named Lamar Apparently hemissed his calling to be a king of fried chicken somewhere ?!?! you will not be sorry going there to eat anything theyhave a great variety and also very good service!!! I mean they even have pizza and calzones, seafood, chicken and steaks,oysters and all kinds of these amazing sides. I wish I lived closer but I will definitely be back very soon. I could not eatall four pieces of chicken but when I took the other two pieces out of the Styrofoam box to put in aluminum foil at my house I?mnot going to lie - I had to eat a little bit of the wing haha. Great food, friendly atmosphere but I feel some, not all, of your staff are a little testy. I've been here a few times but this... past Thursday night when it was a little busy the girl behind the bar seemed to have a bit of a short fuse. Papa Willies makes the best pizza in Citrus county. The restaurant/bar itself is nice and has a lot of seating. The menu has a... lot of sports bar food, burgers, wings, etc. The pizza is hand tossed and has every topping you can think of. Highly recommendthe pizza. Read more
