Food was super yummy, and I want to go back as soon as we can travel again. We were there for my daughter's birthday, and the... salad (hard to believe salad could be a highlight, but it was) pasta, service, everything was tremendous. My only grump-therewere 2 tables sat in the whole restaurant (pre-covid) and they sat us around in a hidden back corner, in the worst table in thewhole place, where servers picked up silverware beside our table. I had the feeling we weren't the type of clientele they wantedto be seen, which put a real damper on our special occasion. Less than half the restaurant was sat the whole time we were there, and we would have appreciated a better table. We should have asked to move, but figured they had reservations. Nope. Read more

The service is excellent and the location is easy to get to. I enjoyed the food that I ate. The only comment about the food... would be that the penne pesto didn't have pine nuts (just the way they make it), which is strange for a pesto sauce. I didn'tlove how dark the restaurant is, as most of the patrons have to use their cellphones as flashlights to even read the menu.Overall, a good restaurant... but just a tad bit overpriced. You're paying for the history of the restaurant and the locationmore than you're paying for the food. Read more

This place was amazing!!!! Some of the restaurant feels a bit hokey and fake (the brick ways are tin). However, the food is not.... I got a 8oz steak that was the absolute, hands down, favorite cut of steak I have ever eaten. It was also cooked to perfection. The staff was nice but could have checked back a couple more time. If you can afford it, it will be one of the best meals you'veever had. Read more

Old school charm and menu. Toast Frank and Hollywood royalty with a stiff drink and Italian comfort food. Bonus points for... sitting in the Sinatra booth. Read more

Had a dinner here with about a dozen colleagues from work and both the food and service were very good. Good selection of wines... and a full service bar ensured all tastes could be satisfied. Butterscotch pudding for dessert was a nice touch and happydiscovery. Style here is definitely that of an Italian eatery of the late 70s but they pull it off. Read more

My husband and I have always wanted to go to La Dolce Vita, so tonight we finally went. It was outstanding! Traditional,... classic Italian food in a historic Beverly Hills setting. The vibe was cozy, romantic and comfortable. The staff was soattentive and nice, especially Reuben, the manager. The food was delicious and they finish it table side, which is a specialtouch. I highly recommend La Dolce Vita!husband and I have always wanted to go to La Dolce Vita, so tonight we finally went. It was outstanding! This is a great place for dinner. The restaurant has a great back story about Frank Sinatra and the food is wonderful. We had... the spaghetti bolognese which was great. The most outstanding thing here is the service. You are well taken care of by everyone. Read more
