I really like their philly cheese steak and philly chicken steak. I have never had a problem with freshness. I always get the... large size. For the price you pay you get the most value. When they are slow you're in and out fast. When they are busy you haveto wait. Too long for the number of people working. Overall worth the wait. Most of the employees are super nice but when theyare busy there is always one or two frustrated employees. Bottom line. You can't go wrong with this location. Read more
Horrible location!!!! I will never go back there!!! Staff was Unfriendly, and unattentively clueless. I ordered thru their app... and gave them an extra 20 minutes because I knew it was going to be the lunch rush hour. I show up and their is a massive lineand a bigger one for to go orders. Staff was ignoring the to go line and only paying attention to the order at store customers.I finally spoke up and the worker started yelling at me! it took them 20 minutes to start attending the To Go line and Iactually saw people ordering and getting out of the store before me which was ridiculous since I had already ordered my food andit was just sitting at the counter getting cold! Very poor customer service, refusing to refund overpriced packaged (uncontaminated) Tastycakes snacks & charging tips. After... realizing my total before too late. On my way to work, I didn't have time until I got off. Including a generous tip fee. My 2Tastycakes amounted to approximately $18. Absolutely ridiculous! Horrible! Read more
What a great stop for lunch! The staff is super friendly and accomodating. One time a co worker and I weren't able to secure an... outside table because some non-customers were occupying the seats. Without hesitation, one of the employees walked outside andasked them to move so we could sit. Awesome! Love the people that work here. Read more
First time ever experience as they're always awesome and quick. Six people working no one in front of me took at least 10... minutes to get a sandwich due to all six had to address a purchase order the cook was reading while texting and trying to makemy sandwich. I'm watching my sandwich cook why everybody else is chatting in the circle they all separate going differentdirections my sandwich is still on the grill finally a guy runs from the back and says oh my God can you watch that and a girlsays yeah takes it off and hands it to me. 6 people no customers 10 minutes and 6 people involved in anything but customerservice craziness.
