This place is always dirty.
This chipotle sometimes provides great food while other times it's not that great. When we order delivery or pickup from... delivery apps, the food is maybe a 6/10. But, when we go there and order food from the counter the food is a 9/10. Don't knowwhy the difference in quality. The store has a lot of room to grow in the cleanliness and ambiance departments. I ordered one burrito bowl for delivery ($32) to an office nearby. The rice was undercooked and hard. I was unable to eat most... of it. I tried contacting the location but was directed to do an online chat with a bot since the order was placed on thewebsite. After 15min wasted with the bot, I was finally connected with a live agent. His solution was a BOGO coupon that expiresin 30 days. I rarely eat at Chipotle. I asked for a refund instead and the agent disconnected the convo! Horrible customerservice! Read more

I walked in to pick up my order at 12:15 I waited patiently to be helped because the cashier was ringing out customers, when he... got to the last customer at the same time another lady walked in behind me and he acknowledged her right away and helped up butstill never looked my way even after he got done helping the other lady. A black young gentleman came to help me after he sawwhat happened and got my order for me. while I was waiting for him to bring up the order the cashier proceeded to give me dirtylooks. I honestly feel like he did not want to help me because of my skin color. He never looked my way once until after I wasbeing helped and the lady that walked in was standing directly behind me he specifically got her attention to help her stillwithout acknowledging me. would not recommend. The food is good and I will go back. I like the bowl with beans rice and vegetables and meat. This is a great deal and it is... fun to go there. The reason this location gets 3 stars is because when I was there the restaurant was very dirty and not keptup at all as you will see by the pictures.
