When a manager isn't there I find myself repeating myself when I order and still not getting what I asked for. Very frustrating... the people that are placed in the receiver window often cannot read numbers or letters in Spanish or English and often cannotspeak English and do not understand requests like "mayonaise" or butter or napkins.
