Guys, it's a Dunkin Donuts in a gas station. You guys act like you got sneezed on because someone didn't make your coffee with 3... instead of 2 sugars. Horrible customer service. The assistant manager was not on the floor when asking to speak with the manager to file a complaint.... One of the employees was extremely confrontiontal. The whole issues sparked from me asking how long the donuts have been out.Unacceptable. These were like children running wild with their parents were away. I expect more from Beverly. Read more
