Come on it?s dunks. America runs on dunks. Even if they ALWAYS mess up my coffee. ???????????. So I will tell you a quick funny... story about my last visit. One of the employees was getting into an argument with their manager while she was waiting on me. Shehad zero regard for any customers being around or the language she was using.She didn't miss a beat as she got my order togetherwhile verbally assault her manager. So a take a sip of my coffee while waiting for the two donuts I ordered. Surprised she didnot mess up my coffee so I walked away with a smile. I get to my truck and I open my bag and surely enough she messed up my foodorder. So all in all flawlessly Dunkin' donuts and screwed up my order once again. I will probably always go to Dunkin' donutsjust because it is in breaded in our Boston culture. But realistically the food has gone downhill tremendously the coffee hasgone downhill tremendously and well the service has never been good. But Dunkin' donuts I love you. Just like I love the toxicrelationship with me in my ex. And for some reason I will keep taking the both of you back. . ???????? Read more

Horrible experience with pre-order. Picked up medium order in drive thru and was given 5 separate small bags and a box with 4... muffins, and 2 cups of coffee. I did quick check and said I had more muffins ordered given another bag Got home and was missing2 muffins and 2 donuts. I don't get 6 little bags when the order should have been together in one large bag. I went back for themuffins and was treated rudely Read more

I had a mobile order that was missing the donuts and munchkins so I turned around and they gave them to me quickly and very... nicely. I would have had a very unhappy roommate if I did not receive them ????. Everyone who works at this location is veryfriendly and on top of things. Read more

Since i moved to Beverly two years ago I have kept trying this DD but every single time, the coffee is burnt. Every single time... - no matter what time of day. Maybe 20-30 times in last two years. One time they took my money for bacon and then explainedthey didn't have any so gave me something else, didn't offer my money back. I don't understand how this place has a line, I knoweveryone's coffee is burnt they just don't care I guess. Burnt coffee is better than no coffee? Last time it was so bad Icouldn't even drink it, I actually went back after coming home and asked for my money back. I know it's just a few dollars butat this point, I've never gotten a decent cup of coffee (what I paid for) here and I think the manager should be ashamed thatit's possible in 2 years they've never served a decent cup but are taking peoples' money. I went to Dunks today and I want to say how extremely friendly the man at the drive-thru was. He was so positive and outgoing... and he totally made my day. I don't know what his name is but I hope if he reads this he knows he had a very positive impact onme as well as others. We need more people like him! Read more

Amazing, friendly staff, they do a fantastic job with food/drink quality and the service is always quick. But they are obviously... understaffed and overworked which results in messed up orders and missing items. Especially for Uber delivery, it's really hitor miss whether your order will be right or missing items. Today I put through an Ubereats order and when it arrived it wasmissing a sandwich and a hash brown bag was half full. Uber only refunded me $5, which was not even the full price of thesandwich. Whatever, that's not on Dunkin's, that's on Ubereats. But I put through another order to receive the missing items andthe second order arrived wrong too, with an egg wrap in place of hash browns. I paid tax, fees, and driver tip on both of theseorders. I order from here consistently; drive thru, mobile orders, and delivery. It's always disappointing to pay so much fordelivery and then have to do a whole second order to get the things they missed. I hope the store can work out its staffingissues. The employees are clearly working hard and doing their best but it seems like they are not set up for success. Read more

I?m seeing more and more a trend of workers silently giving you your coffee and taking your money without so much as a please... thank you. I think I am in favor of robots replacing people if this is the level of service that is happening these days! Andyes that?s what happened to me today at this Dunkin? Donuts when I went through the drive-through. And I asked the young man ifhe was going to say anything to me. He did not answer me at all. Read more
