I wish I could give this a 3 1/2 Star Rating because 3 is too low and 4 is too high for the one thing that stands out with me... and among others I'm sure. The food is great. Awesome wraps, pizza, etc.But on this day I ordered the Buffalo Chicken Salad.Awesome and plenty to take home for the next day. Once again like many places, it is when the bill came. I can't remember if itwas $1.25 or $1.50 but for saving grace, let's say $1.25. For my cup of Bleu Cheese Dressing! Shouldn't that be included? I justpaid it as I have become tired of establishments nickle and dimeing on things like this. I get my satisfaction on instead ofI'll be back next week or next month, maybe I'll be back in 3-6 months. Not everyone but I believe things like that $1.25 assista business on losing a customer. Fantastic quad City style Pizza! The only reason I didn't give it five stars is because not to their fault, sometimes you have... to wait a bit longer than other places. But I'll tell you what if your patient and really recommend this place. I'm old school,I like the standard sausage pizza, but I haven't had a bad experience with them, and definitely check out their specialtypieces. It was our first time at Sports Fans Pizza on Sunday night and our waitress asked for our drink order and we didn?t have menus... to see what they offered. She had a bit of an attitude and we explained it?s our first time here. We ordered drinks and ourdrinks were brought with food menus. At this time, most tables were done and patrons were leaving. We placed our order fornachos and 3 taco special at 7:30pm and around 8:00pm our waitress came to us stating the kitchen lost our order slip and wasmaking our food now. It?s now a bit past 8:30 and we decided, let?s go and waved her over to get our drink tab. She said?your food is ready and at the window? with attitude. We still declined and she repeated ?your food is ready? and he repeatedhimself, ?no we want the drink tab?. She was rude when brining our bill, we paid and left. Wished we?d read the reviews ofpoor service/rude staff prior to going there. Lesson learned and will never go back. Read more
Large menu, which would upset Gordon Ramsey, but it seems like everything is great! The pizza was fantastic. Good cheese, good... qc style sausage, good crust, and the sauce... wow. One of the best I've tasted on the Herby (spicy sauce). I'll have to goback again because I want to try everything. Read more
I went to this establishment for the first time, I will explain the 1 star rating. I ordered a deluxe sandwich which was $10. I... was told that chips are included with no up charge. I asked about buffalo chips. I received my bill ($17 - $10 deluxe sandwich &$7 for ?buffalo chips?) The server that managed my table was rude. The server was not attentive with a poor attitude. It feltas if it was her first day serving. This is not about the money but to treat your customers with respect, courteous and beattentive. I was told chips are included, the server says ?there?s nothing I can do about it? being charged $7 for chips.???? My colleague ordered a chicken salad and 2 beers. His bill was $16. My bill was $17 for a deluxe $10 sandwich andchips. The next day I called around noon and asked for the owner, I was told by the person that answered that the owner is busyuntil two and I politely asked if they could call me back. They said no and proceeded to hang up on me. I called back and askedpolitely if they hung up on me, they said ?no?. I asked for the name (same voice). The person said ?My name is Debbie, I am theowner?. I have never been to a restaurant and treated with such rudeness. The $7 ?chips? are overpriced and misleading. Veryunprofessional. My concerns with Sportsfans is mostly the attitude of the servers. One day the service is friendly and excellent, the next... several times they're rude, not attentive, or they're paying more attention to the regulars and not new customers. Food hasalways been tasty, but the price for the amount of some things is off. Customers want to feel like they're getting what they payfor. Nachos with real cheese... Was good. However it's a great place to watch sports. Plenty of TVs to find your game on. Read more
I?ve been coming here for 30+ years. This place has gone down hill big time. Horribly small portions for what the cost of their... food is. Looks like one of the employees got hungry before I picked up my order. Shame on this place. Never again. Read more
