My boyfriend and I had ordered two pastas and they were made pretty good. We enjoyed it, it was his first time. He was actually... impressed with the restaurant. We did happen to find a hair in it and I saw it and picked it out. I took the food up to thecounter, mind you still 3/4 the way filled and just asked for a new one to be made. We weren?t mad and we totally understandthings do happen. But your employee that was working up front at the register and wiping tables down was rude andunprofessional. She stated over and over again that, ? there was no way it came from them because the cook had purple hair.? NowI?ve managed in the restaurant business before and never had I made a customer feel so uncomfortable when asked to just remakefood. I wasn?t blaming anyone and yes my man did have a beard but I was the one mixing up his mac and cheese and saw it at thebottom of the bowl. I?ve always just remade the food no questions asked but your employee had plenty to ask all while making thefood. Then after the rude encounter we waiting for the new bowl to come out, that same employee went on to make a racist commentto us while sitting in this establishment. We are Mexican Americans and if they have a problem with the Mexican people than theyshouldn?t be working in the public knowing that they deal with all types of race. I felt so degraded, so uncomfortable, it was ahorrible experience overall, and I will not be going back. There are so many Mac and Cheese options at the Cheesy Cow! I wish they had an option where you could get a flight of 3 or 4... different Mac and cheeses because I always want to try more than one! I?ve enjoyed every one I?ve had so far, and can?t wait forthe next! Read more
The Food was great 0 complaints there, I recommend the jalapeño popper mac :) ? I was a-little taken back by the person who had... taken my order. They were rude and when they had brought us our Togo Order she basically threw it on the table even though myFriends hand was out to grab it. This was my first time here & will definitely come again. After waiting more than 15 minutes my lunch was delivered in the same manner in which my order was taken: with a sour face and a... sullen attitude. I wish I had left then, when I first thought considered doing so. The thought of spending $10 on the halfsize--ugh. But, whatever, inflation et cetera. So I got the "calf" sized mac n cheese with pulled pork. When it was dropped offwith a curt "here ya go" it looked like a bowl of soup with about ¼ cup of pork bbq on top rather than a mac n cheese entree. Ieven asked another patron if it was supposed to be so soupy, and she said it is always served that way. Ok. So I try a bite. Theliquid cheese dripped through the tines of the tiny plastic fork. When I got a taste, it was nothing more impressive than boxedmac n cheese. The bbq pork tasted really old and/or of low quality. I got through 4 bites and one of the soggy little baguettechips then wrapped it up. Maybe my cats will like this soup? I don't know, but I sure didn't. Read more

The service was great! Not long wait time for the food. Remember this is a mac and cheese place so as long as you go into it... as that and not a five start restaurant there, then you and your kids should be extremely happy. It tastes like home made mac ncheese. Then depending on the plate, you just add more to it. My daughter had the hot dog one and I had Jalapeno Popper Mac. Not sure about the two large lumps of butter as the bread looked like it did have butter on it, plus they were small pieces ofbread to be needing that much butter....but I was not there for the bread....I was there to see if the kid liked their Mac NCheese and she did, so then great experience! Super friendly staff and clean environment. They accept Apple Pay which was great because my sister and I both forgot our... wallets ! We both ordered regular macaroni and cheese. The smaller size is definitely enough for one adult person. Classic Macand cheese was good. I?d definitely love to try their other ones ! Read more
Love this place! My cousin and I come every time she's in town and have such a hard time figuring out what to order. Everything... on the menu is good, and the beauty of it is if you have leftovers (which you probably will because the sizes are perfect) theytaste as if you're still in the restaurant.
