the raw fish here didn?t taste fresh and the cooked fish also didn?t taste fresh and came drowning in sauce which i didn?t ask... for. i requested a refund to which she only refunded 2 of the items since i ?didn?t return one of the pieces of sushi? because iwas trying to like it before realizing it just was tough and tasted like it had been in the fridge for over a week. so sherefunded me $24.98 like thanks. i wouldn?t go to a bethpage place for sushi and this is why. Very fresh fish and rice, good menu options too. The service we had dining in tonight wasn?t prompt or attentive, but the... quality of the fish made up for it. The salmon was soft, the rice fresh, and the sauces not overdone or too minimal. The onecritique I?d make is that the ?spicy? rolls aren?t very spicy. Overall very happy with the food quality.
