This used to be one of my favorite places and because the food was great and the people were great I could and overlook the poor... layout and mediocre service. Not anymore. You go to the coffee service station and there?s no coffee. And even if there was,it?s dirty and disorganized and there aren?t any napkins or anything. There?s boxes piled up all over the place in the diningarea and the tables are dirty with food. All the while the people behind the register are just standing there doing nothing.This isn?t the first experience like this. I waited until it happened a few times to post this review. To the customer who said we are racist what would it be when you refer to the woman as ?Asian?.. why not just say woman? In... response to why you felt that you were not being helped , it is not cause of your color but your occupation/grub hub driver.Grub hub sends us an order and it can not be assigned to a driver Ie: YOU. until we confirm how long it will take to completethat order. Our cashiers.. which I can note are Dominican, Asian and Indian not even white.. confirmed for 4o minutes. But whatdoes grub hub, your employer do? It sends out the order immediately so that it can be assigned to a driver and grub hubcorporate sends you to us asking for the order.. even though we might have received it only 5 minutes before. We haven?t eventold grub hub that the food is ready and here you come, annoyed to have t wait. Our employees, who I might say are from aroundthe world, including China, Kosovo, India, Germany, El Salvador, Peru and Ecuador help customers that are in the store first,then they work on pick ups. What you neglected to say is that grub hub sends you immediately for the order so that they arealways early, meaning their on time rate continues to be 100 percent. I am appalled in this day in age that you resort tocalling us racist cause you are angry. Then you publicly trash us, which is not fair. For my Black brothers and sisters, please know that this place is very racist. I am a GrubHub driver and I was coming into pick... up an order for a customer and I was initially told by a asian lady ?Maria? that the wait time would be 20 minutes. Was Iannoyed that there was a 20 minute wait? Yes, but it?s not out of the ordinary especially if the restaurant just started theorder. While I?m waiting I go on to see many people that came in after me; being served and leaving before me. After waiting anadditional 20 minutes, I went to go check on the order and a Hispanic woman with a horrible BBL by the name of ?Anna? told methat it was going to be an additional ?45 MINUTES? extra. As you guys can see from the pictures there was NOBODY in therestaurant but yet the only black guy there had to wait 45 minutes. I got three names especially the manager who is a shortAsian man by the name of Peter, along with Maria who might be the assistant manager, and Anna the Hispanic woman with the badBBL. Simple, polite, and fast. You can?t order online and expect decent service here. This is a simple as it comes walk in deli... sandwich grill. You?re in and out in 5 minutes. The staff are very polite and the sandwiches are delicious. If you?re callingahead or ordering online expect a bad time. This place is simple and really good at what they do, which is make sandwiches. Walkin, place your order, and your sandwich is done in minutes. Read more
