This Wendy?s location is by far the worst I have ever been to. There were 2 people in front of us that decided to leave after... they told us they waited 15-20 minutes when we walked in. All the employees kept walking over to stare at everyone and not sayanything while customers waited to order. When someone finally decided to take our order they greeted us with saying ?What?sgood?. To say the least the employees not only have bad customer service they were touching all the food with their bare handsand after we got our food it was disgusting and their was green things floating in my drink, I would not be surprised if it wasmold from how unclean this place was. Absolutely appalling how this manager speaks to customers at the register. The app displays a code and his scanner (I think his... name is Joe) wouldn't read the quark code. Somehow he made this to be the customers fault and refused to honor the Wendy's appoffer because of his faulty equipment. This happened more than once to me and a few days ago I saw it happen to the customer infront of me. On this occasion Joe had apparently talked down to a few customers in just a few minutes. When this scanner didn'twork again all hell broke loose. Three different orders were fouled up and three customers started telling Joe about himself.When I chimed in saying that he was the worst manager I've ever seen and he said, "but you keep coming back", I said, no, Iavoid this place like the plague when you are here. Truth too cold but now I will walk in and if he is working I will turnaround and walk right back out the door. I complimented one of the workers whose name I will not mention and when I said thatshe did such a great job he laughed in my face in front of five other customers. Total 9-year-old behavior inappropriate andthis man does not deserve to be in charge of anyone behind counter. He mistreats his employees all the time and everybody seesit. Read more
Wendy's have been going downhill for a long time. I waited 20min in a line waiting for 2 apple pecan salads today. (11/11/22)... there was a line going around the bldg. I ordered quickly, but the food wasn't ready in a timely manner. And there is nofriendliness at all. And watch your change. They consistently get it wrong. Read more
The worst Wendy's I've ever been to. Multiple reviews say they don't care about the long lines and will make you wait more than... 20 minutes because they are inside joking, yelling at each other, or getting orders wrong. They're all true, everytime I gothere they get my order wrong, and the woman taking your orders is the rudest most entitled person who is always sipping ontheir soda instead of actually working. And I have the misfortune of it being the only Wendy's near I live. I've gone there 10times so far, they got my order wrong every single time. This Wendy's seriously needs new employees. Read more

If you have food allergies DO NOT order from here! They don?t read tickets or remove condiments! Ordered 2 chicken sandwiches... without Mayo as my husband cannot eat Mayo and both came with it. I can?t eat onions and ordered my burger without them and gotthem as well still. Receipt was correct and clearly stated this. Cook is lazy, doesnt read and puts people health in jeopardy!!!This was a to go order to eat at home and restaurant closed by the time the food was opened! Fries also cold. Waste of $$$$$$$ Read more
