The GM in the store don't know how to trick his female workers. I see alot of different faces all the time and one of the... workers told me that they quit. Since no one wants to deal nor work with the GM or AGM. The store is always a mess, the women'sbathroom is gross, workers look like they can't be bothered. There are a few good workers but most talk about killingthemselves. That store needs help. I mean mentally. There is a lot of negative workers in the evening. Long lines at theregister and no one helps. They workers are either standing there talking or it's empty. A few even said that's normal for themand that's sad from them to save that. A few customers had to scream for help for the worker. The whole store needs help ornothing is going to change. They need to start with the GM because it looks like he doesn't care for the store or his employees. Read more
Good food but short staffed. I credit the staff that are there for doing the best job they can.
I am an uber driver when I went to this store to pick up food and when I showed my phone directly to the staff, the white female... staff who made the food had a very bad attitude, I wanted to tell the lady that we all have the same It's just work, don'tembarrass those who are running for life, because it's not easy for us, even if I'm not an uber driver today, as a customer,I'll never go to this wawa to buy anything again, let me rate this one The service attitude of wawa staff is rubbish Read more
Love Wawa! BUT...They do need to improve email customer service and the rewards program. If you need a replacement card you... lose all accumulated points. They do not carry over. But stores are clean food is fresh, and expensive! Store employeesalways friendly and helpful. Someday can you have Mountain Dew Code Red again? Harder to find than gold! Read more
Ordered and paid on the wawa app for delivery, when the DoorDasher got there he said none of the items I delivered were in the... store. Spent $20, wasted $20. Did not receive my money back. My parent then went to the wawa store to resolve the issue and thecustomer said the doordasher stole my food and money. I wouldn?t recommend DoorDash or the wawa app for working withthem. I live less than a mile away from this Wawa, but for now on I'll be getting on the highway to go to Sheetz. I'll still somehow... get my food way faster, and it won't be ice cold. It's not COVID.
