I know The People's Kitchen isn't a "secret," but maybe because of the size of the place, I consider it one of the best kept... secret breakfast spots in Bethlehem. I've never been disappointed here, and if you want to be happy and full, get the bourbonbanana pancakes-- you'll thank me later. Read more

A local favorite from the moment their doors opened, PK is especially popular for breakfast. Lines are long but worth the wait.... The small square footage belies the skills of the grill master and the waitstaff. While the breakfast mac and cheese entree is ahuge favorite for many, my go-to is The Full Monte because I adore the combination of flavors. In fact, the turkey bacon wassurprisingly tasty. Omelets can be cooked a little too hard for my personal liking but the ingredients are flavorful. Lunchfavorites include the burger, always masterfully cooked, and the Geflugel, consistently a yummy twist on chicken salad. If youhave a sweet tooth, PK does a bang-up job on all things caramel and creamy like variations on French toast. From young adults tothe retired, PK is a standard in this Bethlehem neighborhood. Phenomenal service! Came in starving and in desperate need of caffeine after a red eye flight from SF. Our waitress was amazing.... Had I gotten any sleep on the flight I?d remember her name. But she was awesome. Kept my tea filled. Took our order quickly.Food was good too. I miss rye bread. Read more

Tasty brunch in a quaint locale made even better by the affordable prices. Good selection of sweet and savory options. We ended... up ordering an omelette and a savory french toast sandwich. The home fries were crispy and delicious. The restaurant is verysmall but they make maximal use of the space they do have. Hours are also limited so make sure you plan ahead! Read more

This eatery staff: Billy, Holly & Ashley ROCK! We drove 27 miles to discover what great reviews about the menu and staff.... Everything was awesome and so much more. We ordered Mac & Cheese breakfast ???? topped with an egg ($9) and side of Texas FrenchToast which was a tad chewy along with the 3 topping choice omelette plate of spinach, pork roll and cheese. Fresh and tasty, side of real home sliced potatoes and rye toast, real butter. Coffee was fresh and hot! Holly was personable & pleasant. Ashleywas roving about making sure everyone was happy and satisfied with their food. Billy was front and center behind the window atthe helm preparing the delicious food!! Small place with big hearts. I paid forward to a young mother of 1 & 1/2 and a youngfather of 2 paid forward to us. All in one breakfast encounter. The Lord is Great! This hometown place served up more than food. It?s warm embrace amongst diners shone bright that morning. Read more
