Me and my wife tried this place out for the first time since it is gluten friendly and she has celiac disease. I honestly didn?t... even know what poutine was until I tried this place and while I was skeptical (picky eater) it didn?t disappoint one bit. Weboth got the Montreal smoked brisket poutine and the portion was so much we had to take some for home which we ate for breakfastbetween 3 of us. I've had several experiences with this wonderful restaurant and food truck. Order anything off the menu and it's delicious, I... was at the store after a photo swap at artsquest with a friend and had a wonderful time. I almost always order the CBR anddebate with myself on trying the Buffalo poutine. Today I tried it and was not disappointed by how delicious it is. 10/10 I cannot recommend this restaurant enough! WOW! As a gluten-free vegan, I find it increasingly challenging to dine out while also getting high-quality, delicious food.... That was until we tried The Flying V! My husband and I are COMPLETELY blown away by their food and customer service. Their friesare out of this world amazing, and their vegan gravy is 5/5 stars. I had their vegan poutine last night, and I?m praying theykeep it on the menu as a permanent item as it was AMAZING! All staff members are also highly knowledgeable regarding theingredients in each item which gives me peace of mind knowing I can safely enjoy my gluten-free, vegan meal. When I discovered a restaurant specialized to french fries, I was ecstatic! They've been given their own unique twist to make... them more enjoyable to eat. I ordered the buffalo and it was exceptional! The only issue I had was that the toppings were moreplentiful than the fries itself. Taking the leftovers home was convenient when it was served in a box. I was even more ecstaticwhen they told me they had punch cards that could earn me a free meal.
