Retaliatory staff. I asked for a bowl with extra Nutella. The man at the counter forgot to ask me if it was for here or to go. I... like the way they make it to go, Nutella below the fruit. He asked me when my order was done if it was for here or to go, I saidto go looked at the bowl and noticed it the Nutella was on the fruit. I like the Nutella on the granola. Not on the fruit. Iasked for it to be remade and gave the first bowl back. They made a whole new bowl which was great, but then they didn?t give meextra Nutella. I went back and asked for extra Nutella and the girl told the other girl that was making bowls that I wantedblueberries instead of strawberries??? When I said no, I just want extra Nutella, I paid for and ordered extra Nutella on mybowl, she looked irritated. The girl that was helping me looked like she didn?t want to give me any extra Nutella. They asked meif I wanted to have it on my bowl, over the fruit. That was the whole point of me asking to have it remade in the first place.So?no. I just wanted it on the side in a little cup. Not only did she not fill the cup up enough, but she didn?t put a spoon ora napkin in my bag and she also put coconut flakes in my bowl when I asked to have them removed. They always put a spoon andnapkin in my bag I know the staff is all pretty new, they?re mostly new faces but the one that made my bowl has been there awhile she should know better I think. I?m hesitant to go back because both of the girls behind the counter seemed like they wereupset at having to give me extra Nutella on the side that I paid for. The poor guy behind the counter was very sweet and offeredto remake my order himself, but the girl said no and ended up making it wrong anyway. The Nutelloco Coconut and Coco Berry Bowls are our go to. I've tried the Orange Power smoothie but it was not for me. I've tried... the banana base and did not like that either. I'd recommend any coconut bowl. Read more
I have not been in playa bowl for over a year...I was there today and service was fabulous like always and my Booster Bowl was... beyond Delicious. .it's nice to see that in these times of uncertainty Playa Bowls is still offering superb service and thesame high quality bowls we all love. Read more
I thought Tuesday 8/24/21 was my first time having something from here, but it wasn't. I just recalled having the rock n roll... shrimp poke bowl a while back, which was awesome, this was my first time ordering from the front menu. I had a hard timedeciding with all the choices, which all sounded good, but with help from the young lady at the register I went with the CoconutPower, which was out of this world. I returned the next few days and purchased a teriyaki poke bowl before work, which wasgreat, also I had a Nutella oatmeal bowl and the coconut craze and they were both great as well. The staff is awesome here, andI love that everything is prepared out in the open and fresh ingredients are used. I'll be stopping in before work for a Coconutpower today, and I can't wait. Read more
Enjoyed visiting this location located on the south side of Bethlehem. It offers the same menu as the Easton location but is... much larger. The bowls were good as we ordered a stupid Cupid, oatmeal with maple syrup and brown sugar and a custom bowl. Thebowls slightly lacked the flavor as the ones we generally have at the Easton. Overall I would still recommend this location andtheir bowls. Read more
This chain has very good quality vegan drinks and bowls. The staff at all of the locations I've been to have been unbelievably... friendly and helpful, this location is nothing different. Super clean facilities, plenty of parking within walking distance. Theonly reason I did not give them the fifth star was due to the prices; I can literally walk next door and get the same jucies for$2 cheaper literally next door. Overall a very pleasant experience.
