I had take out from Kumo last night and can say this was the best Japanese cuisine I?ve had, and that is comparing my take out... meal to any sit down. I got the beef box that came with several items all neatly prepared and absolutely delicious. The tempurawas crispy with no sogginess. The Shumai was bursting with flavor. The beef was oh so tender and went great with the onions. TheCalifornia roll was as good as they can be. Oh and the honey dew boba tea was fantastic. For one of the more expensive meals, atno point did I feel cheated, or that more food should?ve been included. I will be going back. I feel bad for anyone missing theopportunity to eat here. Would give it a 5 for quality and taste. Grub Hub and Door Dash are a pita, as they are expensive on top of what you are already... paying. Wish they had their own delivery. And just as a suggestion, it would be great if they marked what you ordered so youdon't have to decipher it from the menu when you go to eat it. Otherwise, a great place for sushi. Read more
I?m from out of town and was craving sushi. I tried this restaurant based on their menu, which is not only diverse but vast as... well. I was absolutely not disappointed. I made my own poke bowl, had a roll, boba tea and some mochi?everything was phenomenaland so tasty. It was all fresh and packaged well (I ordered pickup). My only regret is that I don?t live close enough to eathere regularly. I?d highly recommend if you?re craving good, quality food. Read more

This is a great new sushi restaurant in Bethlehem. I ordered the lunch special with a salmon roll and an Alaskan roll. The food... was excellent. I highly recommend eating here for lunch because you get more if you order any of their lunch specials. Theportions of the food were decent. The only downside about this restaurant is that prices are high. Read more
I picked up some take out one night after having to work late. It was ready in about 10 minutes! I ordered a chicken teriyaki... bento box and an additional California roll & side of rice. Prices were reasonable and food tasted fresh. Delicious and willorder again! Read more
Tried this new Japanese café tonight. Wow! So good. I had the angel roll and it was heavenly (pun intended) which was a great... mix of lobster, shrimp and banana tempura with a mango sauce! It was amazing. Hubby, who is not a super big sushi guy, had theOcean Roll and absolutely loved it and loved the place. Also had the enoki miso soup which was very good as well and a coconutbubble tea which is the first time I had this tea & loved it. Prices very good - around $15 for each of our rolls. Very clean,very good service and very nice atmosphere. Good sushi is lacking in this area & this place will fill that hole! Can't wait toreturn - I have a list of what I want to try! One of the best sushi places in the Lehigh Valley. Still haven't gone back to dine-in (fine with me) but their takeout is well... organized and packaged. The fish is always very fresh and their menu is pretty large. Read more
