Worst experience ever. I ordered 2 dozen donuts for delivery and received munchkins and hot chocolate. When I called to correct... the order I got nothing but and attitude from 2 separate people. Had a gentlemen infront of me place a 20$ order and told the cashier he was gonna pick his car uo across the street.....cashier... wouldn't take my order till the gentlemen came back....I left instantly.....terrible customer service.....everytime I walk inand I see the same cashier I'm gonna walk out because she is completely oblivious to good customer servic. Ordered breakfast delivery via DoorDash this morning. Oh boy...don't know where to begin. The order arrived incomplete and in... poor quality: the order of donuts was missing (Assorted 6 Donuts), sandwiches tasteless and were not prepped as ordered (notgrilled); eggs in sandwiches were cold, coffee without sugar, large cups of coffee were only half full. Called the store. Theyoung girl answered with an attitude and told me to "deal with it". I'm very disappointed with the order and poor customerservice. Read more

Multiple times I?ve been to this Dunkin? Donuts ordering an iced coffee & donuts and these girls can?t get the simplest orders... correct . How hard is it to read an order receipt ! If you can?t put the donuts the customer ordered correctly in the bag thenyou shouldn?t be working at DUNKIN DONUTS. Then when I come back around and politely ask them to fix the iced coffee, they stillcan?t use their ears and get it made correctly. Rude rude rude employees at this location. Two young girls in the drive thru loudly complaining about the customers while the... window was open and I could hear the whole conversation. They are always making you feel guilty for coming like you areinconveniencing them. If you go during busy hours, they refuse to serve you through the drive thru and make you come inside.Their hours are absolutely ridiculous. I am a night shifter who needs coffee at night and they close super early (6 or 7pm Ibelieve) 2 stars are for the select few amazing employees I?ve had the pleasure of meeting throughout the times I?ve been there.A select few treat me with respect and also give my pup treats when I come through the drive thru! I?m not sure who the ?shift lead? was on December 3, 2022 but whoever it was needs to be fired. My sick mother just went through... the drive through with my younger sister who is a 12 year old child, and the person running the drive through got very nastywith her during the order over the brand of chocolate syrup. When my mother went to the window to confirm she got chocolatesyrup and not mocha, because mocha is for coffee and is NOT the same despite what the drive through worker was saying, the shiftlead came to the window and started yelling at my mother and cursing at her as well. We did not get a name. I?m going to thestore now to order and will get a name but if not then the manager needs to look into this and handle it accordingly. We usuallyhave no issues with this Dunkin but this shift lead?s attitude and language was completely unacceptable given the situation.This was over CHOCOLATE SYRUP. Read more
