Worst experience I?ve had thus far at any Dunkin Donuts franchise. A young looking woman with long straight black hair, white... and around 5?3 - 5?5. She had the worst attitude and rushed my order. I then heard over the loud speaker while I was in thedrive thru: her talking to what I assume to be a co worker about how slow I was being. She then opened the window and rushedwith my order. She forgot three things and then took a long time to get my food. I heard what think to be her name ?katelin?said by a co worker. This woman needs to be fired or taught some respect. Read more
Pulled up to the drive thru at 5:50 pm when they close at 6:00. Three cars in front of me. I get to the window at 5:51 and they... tell me they are closed (after taking an order about 30 seconds before me). Mind you, I could still place an order through theapp and pick it up through the drive thru since the inside STILL isn't open. Just wanted a coffee before my night class... Won'tever come here again since they can't even stay open until their closing time. Poor service. Read more
