The customer service is absolutely astonishing. We went through the drive thru and we immediately were aware of the workers... attitude. As we were ordering, he was very impatient and difficult with. He didn?t try and hide the fact that he was veryimpatient and annoyed with us. When it was time for us to pull up he was acting the same with other people being us. Rolling hiseyes and laughing at them. I understand that they were understaffed but he could?ve gone a little nicer with it. I work at aplace where sometimes it?s one or two of us and we don?t we are never rude with the customers, because we like to treat themlike their family, this man was didn?t even try to be nice. Kept us hunny like we were children. Sir, we came to order food atdunkin, and if you don?t agree with that then find a different career. Ps stand up when you?re working. The other 2 poor workerswere actually working and trying to do the whole line of orders, while still being kind. They deserve a raise. This is the worst Dunkin. Asked for a lightly toasted bagel with 2 cream cheeses on the side . They charged me extra for the... second cream cheese. Get to work only 1 cream cheese and a burnt bagel. Does that look like lightly toasted? Read more
This has to be one of my least favorite DD. They can never get my order correct. Today I went through for 2 coffees, one hot and... one cold. They made 2 cold and although they caught their mistake this is how my WRAP looked as I opened it up. This is not evena wrap. DD has turned into a place for young people to make a quick paycheck and nothing more. There is no passion anymore, andit?s saddening to know it?s been this way for a while now and nothing has been done. Read more
I know most write reviews to complain but I would like to give a complement, I understand there are staff shortages along with... hiring quality staff, and I have experienced long waits BUT the guy who runs the morning shift at Dunkin Stefko is ALWAYSbusting butt! Always nice. I appreciate him. It?s hard to get workers PERIOD nowadays ? he?s worked through the pandemic & STILLdoes his job well!! Read more
