So I went through the drive thru. Sat there for 10 minutes waiting to give my order. They take our order and I let the man know... we need ranch. We sat in line for 30 minutes waiting to get our food. We got up the window paid for it and asked for seasoningfor the fries because the last time we came up here there was no seasoning on the fries. That?s the main reason we come tozaxbys. Anyways we drove off only to find out there was no ranch in our food and this is the seasoning we get for the fries. We all have new people we are training but maybe have the other senior person check the bags before they are given at the drive... through. 2 full meals and fried pickles with no zax sauce or ranch. Had to request my drinks as well as they weren?t going togive me those either. And the chicken plate was short a whole tender. Just what you want on a Friday night after a long workweek. I have visited this location many times. The last time I did, I found a hair entangled in my chicken finger! I was contacted by... someone from the location who asked for a copy of my receipt, which I sent. After that, nothing! I can understand mishaps, butnever a hair! I ordered... 20 wings, only get 3 small dressing cups, 1 I paid $0.50.i usually get hot sauce but it has some sort of thickness to it so Iget mild which is more saucy/wetter and just spicy enough.
