This used to be the place to be, but it?s drastically gone downhill over the past few years. I went halloween night with my... girlfriend and the service was horrible. We dined around tables that had dirty dishes piled up from the moment we got thereuntil the moment we left. They also had special drinks for the Halloween that tasted like watered down Gatorade. We orderedBuffalo chicken dip & split some wings. Waited over 35 min for food when the restaurant was 15% occupied. The chips with thechicken dip were so hard and stale. The wings tasted like they had been sitting under the heat lamp for hours. Our waitress wasall over the place. Never came back to check on us and was extremely forgetful. Came here to celebrate my sister graduating from a program in school, our joy was drained out of us slowly due to a 40 minute... wait to get our food on a Tuesday? Servers too embarrassed to walk out and at least provide some type of customer service andprovide ranch or even silverware during the wait. This was our first time eating at the top dog restaurant. I was not super impressed. The restaurant could use a deep cleaning.... My wife ordered chili dogs with no onions and they came out with onions, they did try to fix the issue but we were in a littlerush and did not want to wait for new chili dogs. I asked the server what they?re known for and was told the burgers for sure. Iordered a mushroom Swiss burger, I was not asked how done I want it. It came out like a little hockey puck that was very chardand quite small. There were not many mushrooms on the burger either. My son did like the chicken fingers but none of us like thefrench fries. They were very salty and greasy. They do have indoor and outdoor seating. They have a good size bar that providesa variety of alcohol mixed drinks. There were quite a few TVs to be able to watch. They have takeout via curbside pick up aswell. I would come here with a few buddies to have a few drinks and watch the game and possibly get an appetizer but would notbe bringing the family again. Kaelani and Kylie are so awesome. All the other servers are great too but these are the only two I normally ask for. The food is... so good you should definitely try their habanero lime Wings if you want wings and the potato skins are so delicious. I come heretwice a week and I do not regret it. This was my wife's 3rd or 4th time here but my 1st. We stopped in to watch some football after some Sunday shopping. We shared... the soft pretzel, And I had nachos with brisket and she had a chicken salad sandwich on a croissant. All exaggeration aside,the food without standing. I'm originally from South Philadelphia and this is one of the most delicious Brussels that I've evertasted. The nachos were prepared with care where cheese was spread throughout the chips and the sauce meat and other items wereevenly distributed. My wife enjoyed the sandwich and the sweet potato fries. They had cool outdoor seating And a special onSunday for pictures of beer that was quite reasonable. If you go on their website the last couple pictures are of the pretzeland the nachos and it literally looked just like the picture, which never happens right? I ordered two hot dogs with fries. I ordered a double cheeseburger with bacon with fries. Ordered salsa and chips. Don't get me... wrong the food was delicious. The food was delicious with hefty portions, so come hungry. A lot of the menu items look tasty too. The staff were nice and the... wait time for food was not long. We will be back to try the bbq nachos! Update: terrible experience the 2nd time around. Simpleappetizers took at least 39 min to come out to us and they were mediocre at best.
