Went to pick up an order and there was a girl there cussing and yelling telling people she was about to quit. The food was... under cooked, the order was wrong. Looks like there?s been a change in owners/management and they got rid of all the original workers. The last two visits has been... awful. You barely get any food in a bowl and the food isn?t good. The rice today was chewy with hard pieces and very littletaste. The tofu was so dry. I won?t be returning to this location. Read more
After visiting this restaurant for a year with good experiences, the last two have been the worst of any moes I've ever been to.... Dirty, poor presentation, sub par taste, out of utensils, poor hygiene, and no accountability. It looks like a change inownership occurred and for the worst. I'm only going to list the two employees that I felt were great by name. Zoe and Alaina were helpful and very nice! This was... however the WORST experience I have ever had at this location! I walked in and instantly heard complaining from one of thefemale employees! She was very nice and willing to help but to not only complain that you wanna go home to a customer or infront of a customer but to belittle her fellow male coworker was waaaaaay to far! not saying that by any means the male employeewas in the right cause he was the rudest out of the two! I went to check out and as a former employee of a Moe's i was tellinghim what type of meat was in the bowl I had ordered and he rudely said "I was getting around to it! I got it!" It will def beawhile before go back to the location and again the only reason that they are even getting the two stars is because Zoe andAlaina went above and beyond to make up for the other two and I was very impressed that Zoe managed a smile on her face afterbeing insulted by the older female employee who stated that she was tired of working with a bunch of kids!
