We don't go out for breakfast often, and Bethlehem, Ga is a bit of a distance from us. But, today was certainly worth the drive.... Went in on a Monday about 10. Not terribly busy. Waitress was terrific. Coffee came fast. Hot & tasty. Ordered the breakfastsampler & the one that gives you eggs, bacon or sausage, their very thick French toast & 2 pancakes. The SERVICE & BREAKFASTSwere as PERFECT as you could have in any restaurant.. IN my prior life, I had to travel for business & ate at some fine diningestablishments. Hot off the grill, tasty, cooked to perfection. Definitely hit the spot. This GAL they have working the kitchenhas got "mad" skills. I wish I remembered the waitress' name that served us, who relayed the message back to the grill person.She gave terrific, old fashioned great service & with a smile. 5 stars. Read more
Enjoyed breakfast here . Service was fast and waitress was very attentive and nice. The restaurant was nice and clean as well. I... ordered the 2 eggs breakfast over-easy with hashbrowns, sausage and wheat toast , milk and coffee to drink. I love the Caliturkey melt here it is one of my favorite! Read more
Arrived for dinner Sunday evening. Only a few tables occupied. Had to wait 15 minutes for a table. Picture on the door and menu... showed minions menu breakfast. Looked pretty good on the photo, but when it arrived, didn't look good at all, and nothing likethe photo. Eggs over done. Bacon was good, and hash browns. Don't suggest minion pancake breakfast unless made like the photo. Read more
The server was kind to tell us what would be less expensive. But, I got the breakfast and the sausage was bad, the eggs were... awful. I have eggs everyday and cooked differently everyday. I am not sure if the eggs were bad or it was the oil that wassmothering them. But, there was a rotten taste on it. Man, did I want eggs, too. My husband got that big beef steak omelet.Now, if you want a good cleanse... this is your place. If you prefer to get your food and completely enjoy it, this is not it.That being said.. the pancakes and the bacon were great. Hence, the two stars. She at first was very impersonal and when theother waitress came over and took her other table...all of a sudden she was nice. Also, the fire department needs to go their ona surprise visit and see they have water leaking from the roof regularly. Very dangerous. But, they do have the "slippery whenwet sogns" out. As usual. I hate saying something bad. But, we stopped going here for the longest time due to most of those samereasons. You would figure they would be fixed when they chose to reopen. Read more
Service was friendly and good. The food was fresh and tasty. There are so many options to pick from here. You want breakfast... stuff, there is more than plenty to choose from. They have some fantastic pancakes and omelets. They have salads, burgers,chicken. So many options to choose from. If you can't find something you want to eat here, you are in the wrong place. Theprices were decent and there was plenty of parking. The only downside to this was when we went something was wrong with the inhouse a.c. It was so hot in the restaurant. They had some back up a.c. machines in there but with the heat outside and howcrowded it was inside it was not very comfortable. But overall a good experience. Read more
Over the years, I have not had good luck with IHOPs. They seemed understaffed, dirty or the food was not the best, but this... restaurant is not the typical IHOP. From the arrival, to being seated, the food and the hospitality, this is a very nicerestaurant. We have now gone four times, and the best part about the restaurant is that all four times have been just as good. ???? Keep up the good work! Read more
Uodate: I had to give this location a second chance. There was improvements from last time. The space heaters were no longer... out and we were seated immediately walking through the door. They said they were under staffed yet there were plenty servers onthe floor. I wasn't impressed by my New York Cheesecake pancakes. They were Luke warm at best. We asked for well donehashbrowns and had to send them back due to not being well done. If you are in a pinch go here. If not. Go somewhere else. Ihave been to a few different locations for IHOP and I can say this one was by far my most disappointing visit. We stood waitingon someone to come seat us for almost 10 minutes when there was only one person in front of us and the restaurant was almostempty. They only had 2 members of the wait staff doing everything. Along the lines of safety which I never thought I'd have tobring up was all of the heaters they had set up around the front door and in the dining area. There was 2 room heater ventingup into the ceiling and a stand alone heater right where it could be bumped into. The food took quite a while to be brought outto us. My husband ordered hashbrowns were supposed to be well done, which they kind of was but they were cold. The waiter whenasked to bring napkins waited until he brought back out the hashbrowns to get them to us. The hashbrowns looked like all thecook did was move them around in the grill and wasn't as well done as the first one was. All in all I can safely say we willnot be returning to this location again even though it is 10 miles closer to us than the one we usually go to. So take yourchances with this location if you want, but I won't again. Read more
- Customer service was excellent, with very friendly staff and no wait time to be seated, I was greeted immediately coming in... and thanked upon leaving as well. - Atmosphere was pleasant, calm, and family friendly. - The food was delicious, preparedproperly and order was accurate. - I am a regular customer at this 'specific' IHOP location and will continue to do so, You cantell that management is very good at their job and they put alot into staff development and it shows!
