I?ve tried this location 3 times. The service is terrible. The wait time just to see the hostess is ridiculous. I literally... walked out because I was waiting for 15 minutes just to be greeted. Another time I was sat down immediately in a location withno server. I waited 20 minutes before getting up and moving to a different seat and I then received service. They are alwaysempty and still don?t attend to the customers properly. I?m surprised this place is still opened. Read more
Our family was very disappointed with the service and food that we received on our last visit. Our server was Jacob. Long wait... time from when food was order till the time received. It was not very busy at the time we visited. The server was supposed tobring out soup to one family member which I guess the server kept forgetting about. It was finally received right before thefood came out. When the server brought out the food he tried to slide the chips and dip off the tray instead of lifting it. Thechips slide off the plate onto the table. One burger came with mayo on it which was not supposed to according to the menu. Thefamily member that received it is allergic. The other buger was ordered as a classic cheeseburger. It arrived with no cheese andwas brought to the servers attention. He wanted to argue and said the classic burger doesn't come with cheese. It was orderedstraight from the menu which even lists it as a classic cheeseburger. It was also order to be well done and came out pink in thecenter. All the food came out cold as if it had just been sitting in the back a long time before being brought out. The serverdisappeared for a long time. When we received the check we had to have it corrected 2 times because we were being over charged.Our family was highly disappointed and dissatisfied with our visit. My wife & I went there yesterday, we most always order a meal to share along with an appetizer. During our visit there were 2... tables seated after we placed our order & those tables got drinks and appetizers before my wife's Soup came out, & we had to askabout it then. I also watched our server holding drinks close to her body without the other table noticing then saw the samewith a plate of food as well. My daughter & I went here for a late lunch today & within 30 minutes of us eating their hot wings & garlic Parmesan wings, we... were both sick & my daughter threw up in the bathroom & the parking lot before we left. When I got home, 15 minutes later, Imyself threw up too! I called & spoke to the manager who said she would call us back to check in after cooking some wingsherself. Appetizer was good. Main course was not. Chicken breast came out under cooked. Uneatable. the bartender was very good. Not so... much for the kitchen. Normally I am forgiving for small things just not undercooked protein like chicken. Read more
