I ordered the half duck and some dumplings last night for pick up. The dumplings were great, however for the half duck dish... there was nothing but duck and a little rice! No pancakes, no hoisin sauce, no scallions or cucumber.. and the duck looked likethey cut the whole thing in half and then threw it in the fryer and then put it right in the container . usually the restaurantwill carefully shave off some skin slices and some meat slices for the customer? nope not here.. every bite of duck had tendonbone and ligament all mixed in.. what a waste of money.. This is one of the hidden gems in DMV area. They provide very authentic Chinese/Taiwanese food. The food & service are on point.... They also offer dim sum menus on weekend. Read more

Absolutely loved every dish we had. The service was phenomenal. Favorite appetizers would have to be the spicy wontons, pork... dumplings (yummy) and the spring rolls. Entrees we had the duck of course but my favorite were the park fried rice, Kung PaoChicken AND the General Tao?s chicken. We were treated like family. Amazing cocktails too. Will definitely be back. Very mediocre food. The dandan noodles were simply not dandan noodles. No meat, no spice. Absolutely bland noodles for $13. The... dry pepper chicken was meh. it was fried and therefore not crispy when I got home. Also not spicy. The fish and cabbage soupwas the only thing I might get again. Pricy for a mediocre meal. If you live in bethesda spend an extra 20 minutes and gettakeout in rockville. Read more

Excellent service and an enormous selection and variety of food. The menu is interestingly organized into many categories and... requires a bit of study. As of my visit they were no longer requiring proof of vaccination. I would recommend the crispyeggplant and the fried dumplings. We also had the snow pea leaves with garlic - (great if you love garlic!). The tofu withrice noodles is a good vegetarian dish. We also tried the duck pieces; everyone else liked it but it seemed dry to me. Definitely a place to come back to. Read more

Great portion sizes and authentic taste. Proof of vaccination required to dine in. Service was good, but they only had 3 tables... with people while we were there. I had the beef noodle soup based on other reviews and the bokchoy with mushrooms, which wasalso excellent Read more

Parking was limited here but the food was delicious! Got a bowl of their szechuan beef noodles and it came with a large amount... of meat. The soup was flavorful, especially with the pickled veggies. The dish is not very spicy, although it is a spicy noodledish. Also had their salted fish and chicken fried rice which was great as well. They also check for vaccine card when you go into make sure you?re vaccinated. Definitely would go again to try some other dishes! Read more

To satisfy our epicurean desire for Peking Duck, we returned to Wang Dynasty. Their carry out presentation for this delicacy is... so unique. Each layer of the Peking Duck is wrapped separately taking into account its purpose. The pancakes are the best wehave ever had. They are super thin, not doughy, wrapped in foil so they were still steaming hot by the time we got home. Thescallions were perfectly sliced thin so they would not overpower the duck. Their hoisin sauce should be bottled and sold, theywould probably make a fortune. A little dab spread over the pancake will do. Now, the duck. Perfection in every bite. There wasno fat on the crispy golden brown skin. The meat was sliced just the right thickness. So you spread a little hoisin sauce on thepancake, layer some scallions and then add some crispy skin, some meat, roll it up, and take a bite. The rest is history: youare in duck heaven! Thank you Chef. You are very talented! Read more
