One specific employee is racist and has VERY poor customer service skills. Once I was buying a sandwich for my friend and she... gave us egg white bites. When we tried to inquire as to why she didn't give us what we ordered, she rudely interrupted us andstated that this is what we ordered. We were shocked but just chalked it up to her having a bad day so we left and ordered fromthe Starbucks across from Panera. However, I came in to order a drink another day and she had her back turned to me while Istood there uncomfortably for at least 6 minutes. They had a sign up saying that they could only do a few drinks such asfrappuccinos and I had wanted a caramel frappuccino. Before even asking what I wanted she rudely ordered me to read the signbefore I gave her my drink order. She then went back to cleaning the shakers and blenders (as a former starbucks barista I knowit doesn't take more than 2 minutes to clean a shaker or blender so I could tell she was intentionally ignoring me). Afterstanding there well after everyone had ordered and basically being refused service I simply decided to walk out. Mind you, Igrew up around here and I've been ordering from this store for 5+ years; this is the most convenient starbucks for me to orderfrom so it was definitely annoying to have to have my routine disrupted. Everyone that I know who's black avoids the store likethe plague whenever she's on shift. Thankfully, she no longer is a barista; she seems to be working as a target employee now sohopefully nobody has to face her attitude as well as be discriminated against. This happened a couple months ago. The newbaristas are very cordial. I just wanted to write this review because no one should be treated the way I was at this store. Read more

I?m not sure why these people are so rude. The staff is not friendly, they move so slow and continue to get order wrong. I have... seen multiple people walk out after witnessing employees attitudes. I ask for a Caramel frapp. I was given a frapp with noCaramel. Then she dropped my drink, picked it up and handed it to me. Awful experience! Read more

The product is always what you are expecting. The plus for me here are two things: 1) It's not a busy store, so you are out... pretty soon and you can avoid to be with many people (health issues); and 2) the lady who attended is always nice and that forme made it a more enjoyable experience. Their employees call off on a weekly basis and waste your time. Came here at 9am, was told to come back because employee called... off AGAIN. Came in at 10am, employee hadn?t arrived. 10:45, wasted my time again. Employee wasn?t even prepared nor had anythingset up. It?s a weekly issue and managers at target don?t care at all. Read more

Bad customer service. The young lady who works this Starbucks always sounds like she's miserable working her shifts. She doesn't... communicate well with customers or tries to help you order if you have questions on the menu. All you will receive is a lot ofeye rolling and attitude. I come here very often as I work across the street & multiple shoppers have complained about the samething yet no one seems to correct her behavior. Looks like I will have to shop at the Starbucks down the street with ourco-workers. Read more

While waiting in line I was having a conversation with my husband about which coffee to get and the worker (white male older man... with glasses) rudely interrupts us and says ?there is another Starbucks about 3 blocks away?. We weren?t being impatient ortalking badly we were just talking about WHICH COFFEE we were thinking of getting. Bad experience, we won?t be going back anddon?t recommend others to go if they?re expecting good customer service. Read more

This is NOT a Starbucks. It is just a counter inside a Target! (see photo). There are eight seats (uncomfortable steel chairs)... at a counter, but that's it although there is plenty of outdoor table seating. The employees are nice though. Read more
