Since I go off when things go wrong...I have to go off when things go wrong AND they are made right. Generally, I have always... good experiences at this location as I was a frequent guest at the Hyatt and customer of this Starbucks until I moved to thearea a year plus ago. At any rate, I placed a mobile order yesterday and came down to pickup my order and the store was closed.It closed early due to the weather. I was NOT happy because I paid for my drink and REALLY needed my caffeine fix. ContactedStarbucks thru the chat customer service. They made it right except the caffeine of course. This morning, I was greeted by themorning barista who remembered my order and began work. We discussed the store closure. She promptly took care of myorder. LATER, when I came down for my second visit of the day, the afternoon barista (from yesterday closure) greeted me andtook care of my afternoon order! She remembered! What these baristas don?t know is that I have had some not so great Starbucksexperiences in other locations within the last few months. I am so appreciative of their extra efforts to make things right!It?s always more important to me of how things are made right. They went over and beyond! You are noticed and appreciated! Read more

This happened almost 6th or 8th time in a row with me with this perticular location. They don't know how to make drinks on time.... Right now i am here, three barista's are standing in circle and they are just looking at each other because they said espressomachine has issue. Its a new store, how can it be like this? Need better management. People come here from Bethesda bus stop toget coffee as well, I myself missed my bus several times because of their delayed response. I agree the store is clean and allthat but customer service should be their first preference. When I entered the store there were only 3 customers ahead of me,when I got my coffee (7 mins late than what app said) there were almost 12 to 13 customers waiting for their order. Everyone isin hurry in the morning. C'MON STARBUCKS BETHESDA!! ITS FRUSTRATING. I never write such bad reviews Bcz I understand sometimesit might be difficult to deliver orders on time, but always?
