Yeah, that looks like 30 bucks worth of food. No interest in eating any of that.
Ordered 4 shack burgers, took awhile because the cook prepared only 3, so I have to wait, the last burger was not cooked well.... Please take note of this suggestion-can the cashier change her gloves if she prepare our orders? She used the same gloves whileshe count money then put Burgers and fries inside the paper bag, was standing there for awhile and I can see her hands touchesthe top of the burgers and fries. Congratulations to the chef. The young gentleman cooked our cheeseburgers to perfection. Like seriously. Probably one of the... best burgers I've ever had. The presentation was quite lackluster though. The french fries were also a little undercooked to mytaste. We purchase a sauce on the side, that came warm. A surprise, but a welcomed one. The dining room was packed with patronsfrom other venues, making it quite a challenge to find a table. Overall, outside of the burger, it was a perfectly average fastfood experience. I sincerely hope to never have to ever set another foot in Maryland though. Read more

Food was delicious. I have visited multiple shacks shakes and this is no different in my opinion. The quality is still there.... Being a new location, im sure there are improvements that they can do. The number 1 thing they need to focus on improving iscustomer service. The guy taking the order needs to do a better job screaming out the orders and communicating to the customer.While I was there, I noticed 3 people upset that they were being ignored. I hope they can manage to address these issues, and ifthey do, then this would be a good location spot. Given them 4 stars since I personally got my food on time and it wasdelicious. Read more
The staff was fine. The wait for our food was the length they stated. The fries are not worth the calories, as they are typical... frozen crinkle fries and had exactly no flavor, so thankful for ketchup. The avocado bacon burger was tasty and fresh, as wasthe smoke burger, but both seemed a bit skimpy in size. We decided to skip the shakes and come home for dessert because we wereunderwhelmed. I don?t understand the hype. Seems unlikely to last very long. Read more
Ordered off the app. When I got there, the burgers and fries were thrown into the bag without boxes, just the burger sleeves and... fry tray. Completely open and unsanitary in my opinion. The personnel also forgot to include my two custard orders. However,when I asked for each issue to be addressed, the staff responded quickly. The manager on site told me that food only will gointo the bag with a box if it is for a delivery not an app order. I am not sure when that rule took effect; I have ordered fromother locations of Shake Shack and always had boxes for the food. Not the best, but I guess they are trying. Read more
I tried a beef and chicken burger and both tasted great! The beef in particular had a nice crunchy-ish texture which had a... positive impact on flavor. I thought the price was steep for the quantity, however. Read more
