The food was fantastic, get the Peking duck, sichuan Chicken, and the green beans all those dishes are phenomenal. The sichuan... chicken is spicy but not crazy, the green beans are tender and full of flavor and you can't go wrong with the Peking duck.Making the Peking duck rolls was great. You can add in whatever you'd like. I will definitely be returning to this restaurant inthe future. Read more

We heard great things about this restaurant and we’re NOT disappointed! We got to try really unique dishes that had... interesting sauces, such as numbing sauce. Food was amazing and the cocktails were a must try! Read more

Just had lunch there and everything was delicious. The highlight ( and the reason we came) were the Wuhan noodles, which I have... been searching for, for 16 years, since I left China after spending a year there. So thank you Mr. Chang, we will be back!! Read more

Peter Chang is truly a master of the Szechuan pepper. The tingling pepper adds a unique flavor profile to both the traditional... Chinese dishes offered at Q and the innovative, modern dishes they specialize in. We started with the vegetable dumplings andthe dry-fried eggplant. The dumplings were delicious and the eggplant "sticks" were spicy with a crunchy outside and creamycenter. For entrees we had the Mapo Tofu, which was tingling from the Szechuan peppers but the tofu was on the soft and mushyside. That was our least favorite dish. We also had the Three Peppers Beef, which was out favorite. It was hot- but my wife whocan't handle super hot, was able to enjoy it. We had a third dish, in case the beef was too spicy for my wife, the Xian StyleLamb Yopo Noodle- a little on the dry side but very delicious. With a beer, a lemon drop martini, and an extra rice, the totalwas $118 before tip. We'll definitely be back to Q next time we're in Bethesda. Read more

Been coming here since it opened. The quality during all of our visits has been consistent and delicious. Aside from the... scallion bubble pancake, we've ordered a wide variety of dishes. This isn't a cookie cutter Chinese restaurant. The spice can bevery real depending on your sensitivity to peppers. It isn't an inexpensive experience, but for us it's always been good.Parking isn't exactly convenient but a short walk finds choices in county lots and a little street parking. Overall we'veenjoyed ourselves. Read more
