I'm never going to this popeyes again. I've been here 2 times. The first time, I simply thought they were having a bad day. This... time around..now I know better. If you like old dry cold chicken. Go here. But that's not what we pay for and the employees DONOT care. At all. They will grab the dry old crusty cold dried out chicken and give it to you anyway. Buyer beware! Read more

I asked for a special... request, fresh food with extra sauce extra pickle on the sandwich but the old hispanic lady yells saying they don?t do that whenreally theyre just being lazy. The only reason I gave one star is because there was one young woman working hard. I didn?t even order food from here I was... picking up a delivery. Another older woman had mistakenly made the wrong order so the order I was waiting for was not ready. Noapology just wait 5 mins. I ended up waiting 20 mins for two apple pies. The workers were arguing with each other in front ofcustomers. There were other customers waiting for food as well. The wait times are horrible, the customer service is horrible. Read more

Ordered through Uber eats at 9:10pm, said order would arrive around 9:45 but 10:10 at the latest. 4 drivers later and at 10:20... without warning our order was canceled with no warning and no reason. I have been sick and hadn't eaten all day, very hungryonly to get no food. Thanks for nothing. Tried calling and they don't answer and their voice-mail is full. Very disappointed. Great place to stop for lunch in the mall. The employees work quickly and are very courteous. Props to them for dealing with the... whole chicken sandwich thing! They make sure to have plenty of them on deck so the customers that ask for them get through theline quick. I personally go for the three piece tender meal with fries and blackened ranch sauce and I love it. Read more

Preface: I have already tried the new chicken sandwich at a different location and it was glorious. At this location, the... sandwich was dry, the chicken was tiny, the bun was hard, the pickles were missing. Pretty much everything that is good aboutthe Popeyes Chicken sandwich was terrible at this location. You'd think they would try harder, being literally around the cornerat the mall from Chick-fil-A.
