Our favorite local sandwich shop! My husband and I have to resist the urge to get Jetties when we just don?t feel like cooking,... otherwise we?d be there all the time! They?re super fast too! Highly recommend the Dreamland (I like to add apple slices to it),Clark?s Cove, and the High Point. Read more

One of my favorite local Sandwich chains. Great choices of hot/cold subs alongside giant salads all of which you can customize... to your liking. Also pretty bomb ice cream on the side for a bonus. Honestly its just a better Potbellys all around Read more

Very tasty sandwiches and salads, but the lady at the counter couldn't make suggestions even after I asked for them. It was... another lady working the line that heard me and actually offered valuable help for a first time customer like me. The food cameout fairly quickly too. Read more

Took the family here on a Saturday afternoon for lunch and ordered three kids meals and two sandwiches for me and my wife. The... sandwiches were OK, nothing special, but my daughters both wanted the $7 kids macaroni and cheese meal, which was little morethan $0.15 worth of wet noodles that looked like they'd been doused with evaporated milk, a 2 oz cup of cooked canned corn, anda 2 oz cup of canned Mandarin orange slices. Basically $0.50 worth of food in total. The mac and cheese was lower quality thanthe boxed Kraft kind. After one bite they unsurprising said they didn't like it, so I politely asked if we could exchange forthe kids grilled cheese, but the employees said since they already started eating (1 bite!!) I would have to pay for half of thegrilled cheese meals (on TOP of the $14 I just spent for the two disgusting mac & cheese meals). There was no offer to refundthe mac & cheese. I said forget it. We left and I took the kids home to eat something else. For the 5 of us it cost $47, andonly three of us ate. For the price I would recommend going to Taylor Gourmet (better sandwiches at roughly the same cost). Iwill never return to this place due to their complete lack of customer service. They just lost two customers for life and got acrappy review on Google over $0.50 worth of nasty noodles. Great business decision, Jetties! Read more

The food is reasonably good but the service always struggles. When they first opened my coworker ordered a ham+turkey sandwich... and was served 2 pieces of white bread with a piece of lettuce. Most recently I was 1 of 2 people in the restaurant and it stilltook 10+ min to make a turkey sandwich and when I went to the register to check on my order, the employee that took my orderoriginally looked at me like she'd never seen me before. It's one thing after another at Jetties. I tend to only go when I havea coupon or some kind. Once you get your food it's pretty good but sometimes not worth the headache. Maybe other locations havebetter staff. Read more
