The service here is pretty bad. Seems like the workers don?t care about their job. I waited 12 mins for a mocha latte to get a... bitter tasting one. If there is zero star, I will leave a zero star review. I came in this morning and I saw this staff cleaning the counter. I... ordered my drink and one donut. Mind you, she went ahead and got my donut using the same gloves she had on using the counter.When I asked her about it, she said she didn't touch it, that she used the parchment paper. She freaking works in a hospital,didn't she go to classes regarding cross contamination???? When I told her about it, she threw me an attitude and insisted shedidn't do anything wrong. She then went ahead to prepare my drink and served it after, I asked her why is there no whipped creamand she told me I didn't say I wanted it, the picture shows it comes with it unless you tell them specifically "no whippedcream". I asked her what her name is and she said Trina, the same person I hear at my work place who always gives an attitude.And one of the staffs looked at her and I saw her rolled her eyes after she looked at me. I asked what time the manager iscoming in and she rudely told me she does know. For freaking God's sake, if you work in food industry, cleanliness is a must. Don't you freaking use the same freaking gloves you are using cleaning your counter to prepare someone else's food. Read more

Literally, the worst Dunkin' Donuts I've ever been too. How do you run coffee shop when your espresso machine or ice machine... keeps breaking? Oh, I have to get my own ice for a cold drink? Oh, you don't have any more coffee an hour after you open? I wishthis command would just replace Dunkin' Donuts and the Subway on main. He's right, there isn't one at NIH, it's across the street at Walter Reed. Leonid shouldn't be giving bad reviews on places he's... uneducated about. Though the Dunkin' Donuts here is always busy, the workers do a great job of getting the orders fulfilledquickly and accurately. What more can you ask for when it comes to coffee and donuts? Read more
