Just ordered a pizza from this location for the children. The pepperoni pizza was burnt and they could not eat it. The cheese... pizza was unpalatable and no one enjoyed it.These pizzas cost us almost fifty dollars when delivery is included. Far too muchmoney for what we got. Although there is a galore of pizza options here in Bethesda, my little ones love only Domino's. I did have an issue with a... wrong order about two year ago but I called and they promptly fixed it and I haven't had any issues since then, the guys alwaysget it right, plus they are very cordial, so yeah, we are Domino's fans in this house Read more
Pizza took over an hour and a half to show up. Received no contact about the status of the order, and no one answered the phone... in the store even after calling 10+ times over half an hour. Worst service I've ever experienced, completely unbelievable. Read more
The pizza maker (not sure if he's the manager) is really friendly and accommodating. My order was a little delayed when I went... to pick up but he was able to resolve it in a very professional and thoughtful manner. Read more
The pizza, bread bites and service are not an issue here. The pizza is usually great and thr service and drivers are usually... fast. It usually is the details, like if I order a certain sauce then I expect that sauce, or if I ask for additional topping. Read more
i really didn?t like my pizza like idk if by this picture you guys will understand what i mean but 1 i asked for light sauce and... its super saucy the opposite of what i asked for. 2 its very under cooked like the cheese is clumpy because its literally notcooked enough? its a yucky taste sorry but i was expecting a good hand tossed pizza since i specified what i wanted but clearlythey don?t listen to your instructions.
