Really good flame grilled burgers and fries they also served chicken, grilled tuna and beyond burgers

Never received a response about an incident while I was waiting for my food. I witnessed an employee with his bare hands pick up... all ready cooked fries and chicken tenders, placed those items on a tray and serve them to a customer. He also touched my frieswith his bare hands and gave me fries from the same bowl where the first serving of fries came from. I also witnessed him puttogether a burger bare handed. They make a fabulous and juicy, beefy tasting burger. Toppings are fresh and it is made to temp. It is not a "smash burger"... style but thick and flavorful. Fries are really good too. Please keep this in mind when you really want a great burger. Read more

One of the few places where if you ask for a rare burger you get one. The burgers we had were great. The topping selection was... really good. I ordered cheese, jalapeños, caramelized onions and a fried egg. It came out perfectly. By the way our familyenjoys french fries, and I found the french fries here to be really crispy and tasty. Really disappointed. Burgers were fine. Western and wagyu ($12+ with cheese) were decent. Pretzel bacon was too salty. The... extras were atrocious. The chocolate shake ($6) was icy. Not creamy at all. Reminded me of those shakes you can buy from7-Eleven. There's ice cream behind the counter so we expected better. Probably low quality ingredients. The worst was thegarlic parmesan fries ($4.5). I just can't wrap my head around these. It was like being served raw minced garlic on mediocrecafeteria fries. How weird. Staff was very nice. Beam me up Scottie! Once again, I am in my comfort zone. Nothing better than red meat well prepared by their lady burger master.... I have been going to BGR for years. You can pop in any time during their operating hours. My burger was stacked so perfectly Ididn?t know where and how to take my first bite. As far as I am concerned, the messier a burger gets as you bite into it, thebetter it is. But, you need to watch out for your fingers. And, let?s not forget the French fries and onion rings! Yuuumm, theyare fried to perfection. For those who are still eating red meat, I highly recommend you drop in. The char broiled flavor of theburger with the fresh tomato, lettuce and raw onions make for a simple comfortable meal. Read more

Food was great, service not so good. There was no one in line, but they made us wait a while to take our order. No one at the... register, until I had to ask the lady if someone was going to take our order. They seemed understaff, only 2 people. We didn?thave to wait too long for our food, so they were doing a good job under the circumstances, it seems. The place could use anupgrade. Read more
