Awful, terrible client service. The attendant was extremely rude, there are no other words. He kept talking on top of me on the... phone and just didn't let me speak to finish an extremely short sentence. If the cake was for me I would have canceled it, butit was for my son's birthday and I didn't not want to ruin it. The call was today, 1/14, at 9:25 am. Read more
Ice cream is good, especially my favorite Daiquiri Ice, but they were woefully understaffed on a Sunday evening for the... post-dinner crowd. So, I... ordered a Vanilla shake to keep my daughters company while they had their kid sundaes...the shake was far from smooth andthick...kind of seemed to have "pudding skin" (from Seinfeld, remember?) mixed into it...bottom line chunky runnyshakes...McDonald's shakes are MUCH better...and cheaper! I am so angry at this store. A woman who barely spoke English and claimed she was a cake manager helped me order a near $50... cake. Last time we bought a cake from there, we were bummed that the white frosting was like a gross whip cream, but worse, butglad at least the colored frosting was good and harder, which we preferred. So this time I ordered a cake that was all coloredfrosting. We asked the lady multiple times if it would look correct and be the harder frosting we preferred. Her answer? "Oh,yes, yes, yes!" We picked up the cake today and when it was brought home I poked it. Not only did the cake not look like thepicture in their catalogue, all the frosting was the disgusting soft stuff we hated. $50 down the drain, along with a cake I'msure no one will eat! Do not order from them! What once was a good business is now a waste, not to mention staff who are lazy,careless, and lie about their products instead of telling the truth! We are furious! Read more
Worst service ever! After getting ice cream there, they wouldn?t give us a cup of water. They wanted to charge us $1 for the... water. This was on Nov. 13 at around 9pm. We will never be back to this location. Read more
